I was in dahlonega when my car decided to act up on me. i’m a graduate student at UNG, and their shop was close to campus. The kind people at Allen Automotive took the time to investigate my problem. They did everything that they could to help me out. They were open and honest about the issue and the cost associated with it. I highly recommend their services!

my husband took his truck for rear breaks and they were very nice and reasonable price. Done with in two days and kept us informed. will definitely use them again. it is hard to find a honest and reasonable mechanic and we have found ours:) keep up the great work.

These guys are #1 in my book 5 hours from home and took care of us fair price and excellent service ! Took us to downtown Dahlonega so we wouldn't have to wait while they repaired our car (same day service!) and then picked us up when they were finished. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

I took my car in to get the heat and air fixed. Unfortunately they had problems finding a part. They went above and beyond to find the part. They replaced an actuator and my air is working. I was refunded for the other part that they couldn’t find. Owners and staff are friendly and professional. I recommend!!

They do not have sufficient mechanics. The came to work on my daughters vehicle broke down and broke a bolt off because they did not know what they where doing. All they did was give her money for the part and told her that bygones be bygones and left them sitting there. with a 13 year old, my niece was there with them they haven't broke down since 1:30 today and it still broke down and left with the words let bygones be bygones. not going to pay for labor or nothing for somebody else to fix it because who wants them to pick something. I do not recommend the shop to anybody

They were quite friendly, but I have to give 2 stars because they improperly installed a CV joint on my car. I had to take it into another shop to get the nut PROPERLY torqued down. I even waited a few days after getting it properly torqued to see if somehow it was the nut that kept coming loose. Disappointed after being referred here by a few different people.Edit: response to owner,I fully believe it was the nut your shop installed improperly, I saw the new shop torque it. Sure anyone can say it’s a loose bolt. Anyone could say it was a bad cv joint too. I’m gonna have to trust the shop that actually fixed my car though.

Called about getting my muffler welded. They got me in the next day and finished it the same day. The customer service was great. Great work in a timely manner. They also do discounts for teachers, military and college students. Awesome experience.Service: Exhaust
