I will recommend 10 Federal Storage to everyone I know. We are moving due to new jobs, and I looked at a lot of other storage companies. I went with 10 federal because they were the only ones that had an affordable monthly rate, and the half off for the first 2 months had me sold. They are a great company, and the facilities are very clean and safe. Also, the customer service representatives are very kind and knowledgeable.

Don't be fooled by advertised low rates. We rented a unit based on advertised rate. In the few months that we have had the unit rates have gone up twice and extra fees added once. Now paying much more than what we originally agreed on. We were given a price per unit then required to pay for insurance and later had a fee added for "new technology" upgrades and the monthly rate has been increased.

On February 1st, 10 Federal Storage auctioned everything I owned in a 10x30 storage unit that they turned into 2 10x15 units, although there was no wall dividing the two. I had a total right hip replacement on August 21st and a total left hip replacement on November 27th. I begged them to work with me. I was out of work for 7 months. I had things in my storage unit that cannot be replaced. I am in between homes. The ashes of my beloved animals, baby pictures of me, my son, and daughter, my letterman jacket from high school, heirlooms to be passed down to my grandchildren were some of the things lost that I can never get back. I called the main office for 10 Federal everyday for 2 weeks to have them contact the buyer so i could maybe buy back my personal belongings from them and was finally told everything had been thrown away. I cannot understand how cruel, heartless, and inhumane a company can be such as this one.

They keep raising the price of my unit constantly started at 60 a month then it went to 89.99 a month in September now it’s march and they raised it to 112.99 this is ridiculous for a small space just to sit your stuff in. I would not recommend unless you want constant increases in your rental fee customer service said it’s because other people are causing damage to the units and they need to be repaired I haven’t caused any damage so this isn’t right.

I am rating 10 Federal on renting Suite 100, which is NOT a storage unit. My experience has been very professional in dealing with the call center. I would like to give a loud and energetic shout out to Amy!!! She has been very pleasant and courteous while helping me set-up the rental agreement for the space. I look forward to having ReVive Bodyworks at this location.
