My sister went to this location today to pickup some prescriptions. Two of the prescriptions were over a hundred dollars. The woman(white) helping her was asked if any discounts were offered and .she was told no. It's 2022, we should not have to deal with racism from people working in Customer Service. Luckily, the pharmacist hear my sister's conversation and gave her a discount card. It would be helpful if someone looked into this matter and get rid of that unpleasant person!!!

This is by the worse Walgreens I have ever went to in my life! a lady by the name of (BJ) gave me someone else medicine and was gone let me drive off with it until I reas the name. She wasn't apologetic at all. Seems as she didn't care that I could've possibly took the wrong medicine. Good thing I can read. bless the old people that has gotten wrong medicine from this lady.

I don't normally bother writing reviews, but I feel compelled to let everyone know not to go to this Walgreens. Rude customer service at a pharmacy is the worst! My daughter is very sick and the doctor called a Rx into this location in error (their fault). My doctor cancelled it and resent to the correct location for me, but it was still filled at this location. After holding for more than ten minutes (cycling through and then when they pick up only to say hold please) they finally answer to tell me I have to cal the correct location and ask the Rx to be transferred. They don't offer the transfer within their own stores as a service! This is just insane to me. I won't be back. Transferring all my prescriptions to Publix today...

The female pharmacist is rude and lacks customer service. I have been coming to this location for years and Gregory the pharmacy manager is always helpful and nice. He will even come to check you out and assist all around. However the Nora lady (see photo) is difficult to deal with. I had a prescription called in today ( my doctor left a message). When I arrive the pharmacy tech (she is nice) ask how could she help. I gave my name and she didn't see it she said maybe it's on the message. She asked Nora to check. I said I will also call my doctor to make sure they called. I verified the message was left for my meds. I went to shop the store while they filled my prescription. I come back 20 mins later and Nora did not even check the messages yet. I asked the tech if she was going to check them she gave me a weird (I don't know look). I stood there hoping to provoke a hurry up spirit. Then Nora had the nerve to ask if I needed anything. I said yes you to check the messages and fill my prescription please (with a little anger now). She said it will be a few minutes and ask me to take a seat... I was tired by now and was in Walgreens now for over 1.5 hours. I am convinced Nora intentionally took another 30 mins. What horrible customer service a waiting in store customer this is ridiculous and I will call corporate to report this as well.
