Today I went to Wells Fargo to pick up my husband’s debit card and driver’s license, which he accidentally left behind. He couldn’t make it before they closed due to work, so he asked me to go on his behalf. When I arrived, the staff refused to release either item to me or even just his ID. I completely understand and respect security policies, but when I politely asked for a further explanation or to see the written policy, the manager flat-out told me, “I don’t have to do that.”
I tried handing them the phone so my husband could speak to her and she refused to take it. I had to put the call on speaker, which made the entire situation feel unnecessarily rude and embarrassing. Now, my husband has to drive around without a license until next week.
This could have been handled with more professionalism and basic courtesy. I wasn’t looking for an exception, just some respect and a clear explanation.

Rarely greets their customers. One manager spoke to the person behind me and not me. Always long line with one or two people working. Wouldn’t recommend visiting this branch unless your desperate in need of service

Very bad customer service, as a platinum member of bank form last 10 years. Don't expect this kind of services. They don't have casher every time. Only 2-3 people in bank

Yesterday my wife attempted to make a deposit into her savings account using the drive through and Arquimedes the teller would not help her and disrespected her and then told her that she would have to go inside. Once she was inside she was told that that even though I had signed the check since we were both on the check I would have to be present for the deposit. I left work and drove to the bank only to stand in a very long line and since Arquimedes was not busy he asked if he could take our deposit but when I accidently dropped my drivers license he refused to help us and told us that we could just continue waiting in the long line. I have banking here since 1985 and the service just continues to get worse and customers are just treated like a number and a problem. This service is kind of up there when I had a problem last year and went in to talk to a "Personal Banker" and she told me that she was too busy to help me and that I should call the 880 number. I had already done that to no avail that's why I drove to the branch for help. It seems like some customer service training would be helpful.

Worst wellsfargo bank I've been in. The people that work here don't even check whose next. I had an appointment for 2pm and came earlier to not miss my appointment. The other 2 customers came after 2pm and they took care of them first instead of asking whose next. How I know they're both 2 o'clock appointment? I heard and that's very rude.

This is the worst wellsfargo bank I've ever gone to. I was going to open an account and had an appointment for 2 p.m., just like the ones that came in after me with 2pm appointment, and they totally ignored me. They never asked while next. We all have 2pm appointment. Rude.

Today, on May 12th in the morning, I sat in front of my computer at home to open a new account online. However, it was unsuccessful and an error occurred. Nevertheless, the account number appeared on the screen. But I couldn't open online banking. They told me to go to the local branch to resolve the issue. So, I went to the location at 3500 Braselton Hwy, Dacula, GA 30019 and explained the situation while showing my Georgia driver's license, asking them to open a new account for me. However, they refused to do so, which is the first time I've ever experienced this with a bank. I don't understand why they couldn't open it.If you can't trust a driver's license, what can you trust? This is the first time a bank has made things so difficult and inconvenient for customers. It's best not to do business with this bank. It was very unpleasant and I wasted my precious 2 hours of driving time. Their rating is zero.

Two weeks in a row the ATM drive up took checks but then spit them out and it said to take checks to teller. Inside had two tellers and 6 people on line. Next in line was told to insert debit card and person said he was not a customer. That tied up a teller for 30 minutes and that left one teller. It took 30 minutes to make a simple deposit because teller did not follow rules on doing business with non-customers and having a banker help him.
