This is the worst wellsfargo bank I've ever gone to. I was going to open an account and had an appointment for 2 p.m., just like the ones that came in after me with 2pm appointment, and they totally ignored me. They never asked while next. We all have 2pm appointment. Rude.

**BEWARE FALSE PROMOTIONS & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**Opened up a bank account here today, I wasn't very satisfied with their customer service, I had to jump through hoops because my address on my license was different than my new mailing address, I just recently moved and didn't have anything with my new address.. luckily I was able to update my address in my work portal which the associate was able to take, I was far from impressed with his service which he claimed he had 10 years experience doing.... I then find out I'm not eligible for the $200 promotion they offer for new customers opening accounts.... All because I went into the branch to open the account????? THIS MAKES NO SENSE...? I will most likely be closing this account with them and be taking my money and business elsewhere. I've been told by friends and relatives Bank of America and Regions have more customer appreciation and better customer service. Save yourself time and avoid Wells Fargo Hamilton mill/Dacula and Wells Fargo period.

We visited this bank for a transaction and the employee stopped us at the door to ask what we were there for and kept on asking several questions (out loud) we'd prefer to speak to a banker with in privacy and be more discreet about certain things and the employee just trying to ask more and more. We ended up leaving- no success !

My husband and I went to open a new account together at this branch. We made an appointment and everything with a Spanish speaker for my husband. The woman who helped us was unprofessional. My husband already had an account established with Wells Fargo but it was my first time opening up an account with them. I got asked so many questions more than I did when I opened up my first account with Bank of America. The woman named Rosa helped us and seemed like she didn't want to work. We opened the new account and told me I can download the app to register my account. At Bank of America, they do that with you right then and there in case of any problems. She got frustrated because there was a problem with her computer and felt like she was taking it out on my husband and I. When I tried to register my account on the app, I told her it wasn't working and she raised her voice to ask me if I'm doing it on the app or the website. I did it in front of her and showed her there was some type of error and she got annoyed and told me to just keep refreshing the app and then said she will walk us out. I felt extremely rushed and that my time wasn't appreciated. It's been over a week and the app still doesn't work for me. I do not recommend going to this branch if you are a Spanish speaker. I've came across some kind people but unfortunately my experience wasn't with one.
