Dropped 2 pieces of mail off on 3/19/24 indian lady at the desk took them still they have not been sent out today is 4/1/24 tracking shows it has not been shipped 12 days late ? show some work ethics and do your job USPS WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS. UPDATE 4/17/2412:06pm still nothing Only answer I get is. We're working to get the situation fixed. It's been over a month. These people are careless and reckless. Sometimes you're careless and recklessness can make people real angryThe indain lady is Clueless A month lost in transit.It's not even Going out-of-state.That's the funny part Is this place is pathetic

The person that delivers mail to Wynfield subdivision in Auburn is constantly putting everyone's mail in the wrong mailbox. Please do better before someone doesn't get that important piece of mail.

Brent is one of the two men up front and he makes the experience at the post office extremely pleasant! He is polite and EXTREMELY helpful! I have been to this post office at least 8 times and every time MOST of the staff are polite, fast and helpful!! Thank you all!Not sure why this post office gets so many BAD reviews!! Probably because positive experiences barely leave a review.

Long line. 1 person must of been mailing 50-100 mailers. The 3rd clerk left and then there was only 1 person to help everyone on line.

Shirley is very rude and lacks professionalism and customer service skills. It’s always “I’m sorry “ or I can’t tell you anything else . Very disappointed .

(Lady at front counter). She is very RUDE. She needs Customer Service Training in how to communicate. Very unhappy or whatever that is. I will skip her next time. I hope Postmaster speaks with her.

To Rebecca the fat b who never carried mail a day in her life was rude. I have issues with this post office the carriers are rude lazy. Don't deliver my mail hold my mail they all need to be written up definitely retrained on customer service and if we're all lucky fired because these people are the worst. I was waiting for my package on Christmas Eve just for them to tell me that the address was wrong but it was pretty obvious where the package belong to. It matched the address to our home and they were being petty and didn't want to deliver it.

Worst , most unfriendly customer service around. What a displeasure to interact with. Came in at opening time and was looking for a priority mail shipping box to send. The kiosk was out of that size. An employee came out and began opening up the inside store. I politely asked her if they had any more boxes . She failed to acknowledge me at first even though I was 6 feet or less away. I asked again and she said there were boxes in the kiosk. I mentioned to her that the kiosk was out of the small boxes. She did not acknowledge my reply and walked past me with a scowl in her face. She proceeded to help customers behind the counter apparently ignoring my request to restock the kiosk or let me know they were out . I left the store in disgust. It is disheartening to know that some one who gets so many paid holidays , sick leave, personal leave, great retirement and insurance benefits and makes at least 50k a year can be so negative. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to personal issues at home . Still no excuse. Half of my family either works or worked for this institution and all of them excel in customer service. That is the business they are in.

Employees in front cannot comprehend questions and cannot give the answer to questions about tracking. Very aggravating!!!

I have been to this post office many times and Kathryn is one of the rudest people I have encountered. She has zero customer service and I am appalled to see the complaints about her and she is still employed.

Terrible rude workers, Kathryn is the worst, not sure how someone can be so unhappy at all times. never deliver packages, keep them at the post office even tho their job is to deliver them!!!!

This is my first time here at this office and I was pleased with my visit. 4 stars only because they have blocked off the blue drop boxes outside and I had to go inside to drop off my mail and package. No worries as I was able to get a receipt with no issues.
