As a local small business owner new to Ga. I am really grateful for the expedient courteousness and respectful service I always receive from my local Dacula UPS Store. Even when there are unruly customers, the UPS employees remain professional. Keep up the great work!

I was en route from my job, picked up my child at the day care and made it to the UPS store at 7:00pm and the manager of the store just let one of the two customers out of the store then locks the door. I couldn’t leave my baby in the car and it was directly in front of the store. They seen that I was taking out my baby and they didn’t even ask if I needed any assistance instead they decided to lock me out then I waited patiently while they continued to look at me holding my baby in one hand and the box for infinity in the other hand. They refused to even approach the door but continued to smile and what appeared to be signs of frustrations they continue to close done the registers and disregard me pulling up to the store at 7pm and when they let the last customer out the manager said “we close at 7pm “ I replied i understand but I was here on time I just had to get my baby out the car. She replied I got kids too you just gonna have to come earlier. What type of society we live in today ? That we throw customer service out the window and treat people so incentive. Clearly I’m a black father dealing with a white manager in a predominately white neighborhood go figure but God is good

Couldn't take a package to a packing store to get it packed (only needed a tape) for shipping. Never wanted free could have charged me a taping fee. But NO.This has always been my go to store. Not anymore. Amazon has its own kiosk now inside and that's an awesome addition. However, the service has gone way downhill. I've witnessed it the past couple times I was in there. Experinces not mine to tell but today I experienced it personally. I've used this location for more then my Amazon returns, all classifications of mail, notary ect... it was an Amazon return I needed to bring in packaged... it was I just needed tap. Well FYI ?? they can't do that anymore. Less then a foot of tape and everything was done and package rtg. I mean they could have charged me .50 cents and ok cool. They could have handled it so much better then they did when I said "you've got to be kidding me" But NO.. they lost a costumer over less then a foot of tape. I guess we really do live in a different world these days. You can't take a package to a packing store and use the tape or even offered a small fee to do so.. ? ?♀️

I walked in your store like I have been doing for last 5 plus years to return an Amazon box. In the first place, it was major chaos in the store. My issue is not with the store really but with actually one of your employees I don't know who she was but when I asked her a question if she could take care of people who already had their UPC codes on their phone she started to give me a math lesson on how many machines they had in the store, and that one was being used by gentleman in the corner and there was another person on the other end using the other machine which they weren't. They were waiting for emails to come in from Amazon so that they could print up the code. She then began to give me attitude, and when I asked her for the name of the manager and the store number she refused to give it to me. She just stood there with attitude, continually saying have a blessed day have a blessed day, and would not give me the information I asked for. That customer service on your end real bad customer service, so I will never return to that store again

Monica has a terrible attitude. I walked in and said hi how are you and she did not answer, pointed the red scanner light in my face and then rolled her eyes when I asked if she could move it because it was pointing into my eyes. I returned a package and at the end I said thank you have a good day and she didn’t respond, instead she yelled over me to ask the next lady if she could help her and was very nice to her.

I must express my dissatisfaction with this particular location. The two young agents working there displayed a significant lack of professionalism. Recently, they installed a new Amazon kiosk without any visible signage, leaving customers unaware of its existence. When I approached the counter, the girl on duty asked for the next customer, when I began to approach, she promptly informed me that she was only accepting labels to be scanned and suggested I use the machine instead. I politely requested her assistance in understanding how to use it, but instead of offering guidance, she began laughing and whispering comments to her colleague, which I found highly unprofessional.Thankfully, the manager intervened and advised me that if I was unfamiliar with the machine, I should approach the counter. At this point, the young lady wearing glasses stepped in and graciously offered to scan my package for me. Her accommodating attitude was a refreshing change in contrast to the previous encounter.To answer your response, it was Tuesday, January 23rd at 3:21PM.Updated: Visited this store this morning and spoke to Dipan, the Manager and he was very concerned about what happened. He also showed me personally how to use the Amazon return machine which wasn't hard at all. The point is he took the time to show me. Thank you Dipan!

This is my local UPS store and I’m forever grateful for the services and support they provide! Over the years the staff has changed, but the service remains above expectations!! With every customer they’re always polite, efficient, attentive, super knowledgeable about their products!!! Even the young staff treats everyone with so much respect… I love that!! I’ve griped about the prices, but I can’t argue that the value is worth it! Four years and counting The UPS Store has been so clutch for me… this review is long overdue!!

A shipping store that cannot seem to ship anything... I have been to this location 3 times in 2 weeks and still can't get my package shipped. Twice their "system was down" and this last time the person responsible for shipping had already left for the day. It is great that they offer all of these other services, but a shipping store that cant ship anything is worthless.

The employees at this store are not very friendly. No smile, no welcome no eagerness to help. The new Amazon kiosk is inconvenient and time consuming for clients. The line is long because people are basically self teaching themselves what an employee would otherwise do. They offer no help and are reluctant to take the drop off at the desk to keep the line moving. I expressed to the employee the Amazon instructions indicate to drop off to a representative and that they would do the rest (even though I had already packaged my item and all they had to do was scan the Qr and print the sticker) and she gave me an attitude and said I need to use the kiosk next time. I will no longer bring my business to this location (Amazon or other) because it’s clear they have no interest in making the customer service experience easy and pleasant and it’s inconvenient to wait on a long line while someone tries to figure out a system when there are employees that should be available to help. I’m going to make sure to report this experience to Amazon as their lackOf service also reflects on Amazon for using them.
