Worst place ever. Lost my package a couple weeks ago the day they received it. I filed a claim and hadn’t heard back. I called ups about it this morning. Apparently they found my package, didn’t call to let me now, and sent it back to the shipper. On top of that, they deleted my 1 star rating I left a couple weeks ago. The most dishonest place and worst customer service I’ve seen in my entire life and I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants for 15 plus years when I was younger. So I know horrible customer service. Stay far away from this place!!!!!
It’s also very clear that the employees ask their friends and families to leave 5-star ratings because anyone who has actually had to walk in this store and have anything accomplished will tell you it’s a complete nightmare!

A UPS that has customer service. The lady was lovely. But just to walk in and be recognized as entering the building... like hey we're here to help if you need it. Easy in and out. Just refreshing old school costumer service. Adults actually work here.

Been using for a long time. Have a box. Not perfect and hours could be better but regular employees are decent and it’s pretty convenient.

Associates can't read instructions. Amazon return clearly says you don't need a box/bag but the associate refused and claimed I needed to buy one of theirs. Went to another UPS store and no issue.

Flat out Refused to scan a barcode on my phone to process a return because she claimed you need a box even though the QR code clearly stated no box and no label needed. Very rude, the woman that waited on me needs better training. I appreciate her raising her voice and telling me “we’re not doing that here”. Been here numerous times & have done my returns like this. Won’t be back, do better.

I went to print 2 documents and the port from the printer "isn't working" so the made me pay $2.99 to put my USB on the computer 1 second.This is ridiculous that you go to a printer place and the USB port ti print is no working.
