Lena is terrible! I've been coming here for years, and it's a great place. However, I've had the misfortune about 4 times of having Lena as my nail tech. She is RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, and rough on your hands. I kid you not, this woman hates her job and she hates the customer. I have come so close to speaking with the owner but I guess I don't like confrontation. I will request not to have her anymore when I go. Truly awful

Sometimes you go to a salon with high expectations and they're met. Sometimes, they're not. My preference is to go to a place that makes me feel like I'm going home. Sometimes, that can be amazing, and sometimes Cindy puts me in my place if my hands are dry and I'm not drinking enough water. Depending on what you're looking for... you'll find it. Tonight, I walked into the salon and was greeted with a, "Where have you been?" It's been months. How many places do you travel daily where they not only know your name but actually care when you return? It could be said I'm a good tipper. How you treat others matters. Cindy will fix your nails if you're not happy IF YOU are respectful about it. Mistakes can happen. Every bad review on here I've experienced at other salons. Patience, kindness, respect, and honesty go a long way. For those in the back, please enjoy reading that again. For those in the front, go and enjoy being pampered. Let them know ahead your likes and dislikes about what you're getting. They aren't mind readers. Cindy, thank you for taking me as a walk-in tonight (right at closing). You didn't have to do that as it was my fault I forgot what day it is. You did an amazing job as always, and I appreciate you. Michelle

Got a pedicure with my girlfriend and this lady bruised my leg completely! I said something to them and they claimed my leg was like that from the beginning. I asked the person giving my girlfriend the pedicure to go easy on her but she still didn't like it. Poor quality service and very pricey.

One star due to their inconsistent and unjustifiable pricing. While they charge my friend $55 for detailed designs and a decent length, I've been charged from $50 to $80 for simpler sets at the same length. The salon claims prices are based on nail length, and design intricacies, but my experience suggests it depends on the technicians' whims. This lack of transparency feels dishonest and has eroded my trust. Other salons have offered me better service with clear pricing breakdowns, highlighting Tips n’ Toes' shortcomings. Customers deserve consistency and transparency in pricing, which Tips N Toes fails to provide.

The best nail salon in the area. My daughters and I are loyal customers and the shape and design I like isn’t the easiest. Jacky and Cindy do an amazing job. No matter who you go to All the staff is friendly and very accommodating and they are very talented. Do yourself a favor and try Tips and Toes and you’ll never have to find another salon. Jump on the bandwagon and be a customer for life!

Amazing work wonderful salon for all types of nail work. True artists . Cindy is amazing. Marched the photo I brought perfectly. Great massage chairs and relaxing environment. Good prices. Open later too! Always happy when I leave

They have several employees that don't know how to do nails properly. I went with my 2 daughters age 16 and 8 and we were all disappointed. The ladies are very nice and salon is very relaxing though.

This is a beautiful place inside ! Everything is up to date and very nicely kept . Lots of stations for manicures and pedicures. Service is also friendly. We were all happy with our manicures and pedicures !

My wife and daughter got their nails done at tips and toes. Awful experience, do Not go there. Terrible service. Staff brought my daughter to tears.
