This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They were ok before Covid. Since the remodel they have limited space. Never anyone at the counter. They were out of coffee the last two times in. They want you to wait while they brew it. Then the pay screen wants to know how much you want to tip for poor or no service. Skip this one until they get new management who will hopefully fix the problems.

Be very careful and check your drink before you leave! My mistake, but yesterday I was given someone elses drink. The cup was dirty and smelled like someone sprayed it with very strong perfume. The drink was gross and not even close what i normally order.

Before the Pandemic this Starbucks was the worst it’s made a huge turn around and it’s my favorite Starbucks staff is more friendly and experienced with drinks and wait times are extremely better .i come to this one only especially with the one in Dacula is horrible.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I frequent this store often, as I work near this area. On 11/09, my drink was made incorrectly and I proceeded to call and speak to a manager on getting this fixed. I must have called 30 times simultaneously throughout the day. No answer and I’ve gotten hung up on twice. The following morning, I visit the store and I speak to the only manager there, who is of course not wearing a name tag. She is an older blank woman identifiable only by her forearm tattoo on the left side. She had absolutely no remorse and made me aware she tells her staff not to answer the phone because she wants to focus on her customers in the store. Furthermore, she proceeded to tell me that she would never answer the phone becuse 9/10 the person would not be very pleasant, and she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with “those kind of people”. To say I was appalled is an understatement. I’m going to do my due diligence and find out who the district manager that is in charge of this location. This is completely unacceptable and to know she is leading a shift with that mentality and attitude is horrifying. I will be sending colleagues to follow up in a few weeks to see if there have been any changes implemented in the location as I will not be returning. No customer deserves to be treated like I was.

Employee was super nice! Way better breakfast sandwich presentation than the Starbucks Uprown Charlotte.. all of my cheese was actually in the sandwich!Vegetarian options: Impossible Breakfast sandwich

One of the worst experience of any Starbucks. Waited at register for over 5 mins while the cup was waiting at another counter. Poor customer service. Will never go here again.
