ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE delivering here, unacceptable that we spent 12 hours at the dock with a red light, over 6 hours of which they said they were “counting the product after breakdown” and then “oh, the system was down for an hour… she’s still counting product…” which is intriguing because others came in after us and and left before us with no issue. Maybe they don’t count everyone’s product?! (We know better)
Slow, incompetent, lazy and they lie. UNACCEPTABLE for any size load to be held up this long! I will be updating this with many details as soon as this is discussed with the office when we return home. So many things happened that were documented and typed out but Google says it’s too long! I will edit and update as soon as we get back and get some sleep! BEYOND frustrated! Good luck if you’re the next sucker to unload there. We remained calm the entire time, never said a cross word to anyone. It’s amazing anyone can be so slow or spiteful, seemingly because we asked for an update on the delay after several hours past paying the $300 lumper fee!

Parking available on site towards the rear of the complex. Depending on the day you'll check in/out at the 1st or 2nd guard shack.
Must have ID , you'll be given a gate pass with your assigned door number.. if within 15 minutes of your appointment you can back into the door but leave doors closed until you're told to open them .
FHI is the lumper service here and they're slow and staff at window are pretty ignorant and can't even say hello usually. Lumper service is expensive and slow to get paperwork after you get a green light and submit payment in the text they send ( Relay) once you pay online wait at least 30 minutes before even thinking to go get the paperwork..
Bathroom and 2 vending machines are available by receiving.. there are 2 receiving offices ( for frozen and refrigerated loads) across from each other enter the one which is at the building you're docked in .
Been here multiple times and it's always the same .
You can do your 10 hr reset if necessary and nobody will bother you

Trash place to delivery to. freaking slow been here all day and I have an appointment…. I don’t understand how you works in here.so slow I even have an appointment and I’m here all day so I don’t understand what you’re doing.

Hi Good Afternoon Professional Driver.
It is my first time here but very worst experience
They gave me door 4 am but take 9 hours to complete the unloading.
Very irresponsible persons very low level management without collaboration each others
So I give hardly one star
Taking care drivers when are you this place
One good thing they have overnight parking.

Horrible place. Staff unclear on details and directions. They forgot about me in the dock. 6 & 1/2 hours to get unloaded. Place is a joke for being Publix

I would give this place zero stars If possible.. the managers are liars and the corporate office is even worse. They make up new rules daily and don't care about you as a person but will lie in your face like they do.

I'm only giving them one star.Because I can't give nothing less.My appointment was 530 We got there at 430 gave us a door right away. Took 10 hours to unload 2 hours waiting on paperwork.
Every time we went to the window to ask if the
paperwork is ready They look at us and walk away. Very rude, people at the window gave someone else my door why I was in it, I told the lady at the window she said they can wait. I said well what you want me to do. She said wait very terrible place to come to.... So bring your lunch and your dinner with you. You gonna be here at least 10 hours,

You can show up and check-in 12hr early, just as good as having overnight parking when every truck stop within an hour is full 24/7. Nice guards, nice receiving, decent lumpers, no lounge.
Only thing I can't abide is trying to call someone and getting trapped in phone menu loops, finally getting ahold of someone and they're just useless and ignorant. 24 hr facility and "the receiving office opens at 7". Fix your phones!

Not sure what other people are talking about arrival 1400 apptmnt 1600 was told to park and come back to check in @ 1530
Maybe i arrived @ change of shift .....but no offloading yet 2bc.......
