Hamilton Mill Publix is the best Publix I have ever shopped at . Especially The bakery, it has the best cakes! and the people who work at this location are extremely nice and courteous. I wish all Publix locations were like this one.

Love this Publix!! Everyone is always so friendly and you can tell that they really care about their jobs and customers. All of the products are stocked well and cold items are kept at a great temperature. Highly recommend this location!

Publix has great quality food, love their subs- but the last few times I have came in here to get meat from deli the workers(both ladies) were so dry, never said “hello how can I help you, thank you have a nice day” nothing.. just “what else”. Customer service here is usual top tier but I have not experienced that the past few times. I would expect this from youth nowadays, but not from women that are my mother’s age or OLDER 50+: I will be visiting the Dacula rd Publix, hopefully a better experience there.

Always clean and staff are so polite and helpful! Love to come here. Unfortunately, they do not accept the Kaiser Healthy Food Card, so FYI for those that bring their older parents.

When I place a sub order online here, it comes out 30 minutes to an hour later than the scheduled time. This has happened more than once. They either need to hire more staff or train the ones they have better. If not, they should stop accepting
