I was in your store approx 1:30 this afternoon. To purchase a sandwich. I do this a lot during the summer months. I was waited on by a young black lady today. Rude, very unhelpful and clearly did not want to make a sub. I tried not letting it bother me , thinking she didn’t want to work and maybe someone had upset her. She pretty much slammed my sandwich on the counter. I had a few more things to get and asked a guy in produce if you had any regular size watermelons. He immediately said yes and offered To go get one for me from the back. He and many others like him is the reason I consistently return to your store. I have shopped your store over ten years. Love your store and your employees always willing to help. I hope you continue to encourage customer service . As so many stores no longer do so. In the last several months I have tried to take advantage of buy one get one free sales at this location. Frequently, shelf tags are not in the right place, or are not placed, and when I tried to get the 6 ounce Kraft cheese that was advertised as Bogo, they had the tag on the 12 oz and did not even carry the 6 oz. Today, I went to get Kraft mayo, noticed a difference in the labeling, and checked the expiration date. It expired on May 11, 2024. I continued to check expiration dates, and found ten more that had expiration dates in the next month, 2 months, or 3 months.Even more frequently, in the produce section, they do not have items that are on sale or just plain out of types of fresh lettuce for a long periods of time. Today, I paid $5 for 2 pounds of pre-packaged lemon apples, only to find that one was badly bruised, and another one shriveled. At first glance, it was the only package I thought was ok to buy. I looked through over 10 packs of campari tomatoes to find only one without rotten or smashed tomatoes. There is a new Publix a few minutes down the road that is better managed, and has none of these issues. It was nice to be able to shop 2 minutes from home, but it is not worth the frustration and poor quality any more. The cashier and young lady who bagged and helped me get my groceries (what I could actually find worth buying) were the best part of the shopping trip. Management, take notes from them.

Ordered the day before two foot long subs to take to a tennis match and the subs were ready waiting to be picked up 15 - 25 before the scheduled time. The subs were as ordered.

Bought some traditional buffalo chicken wings and they are amazing! So much meat and better value than any other place around in my opinion. I wouldn’t buy your wings anywhere else but Publix.
