Had a horrible experience today. Their customer service is terrible and they can’t seem to figure out how to do their job. The team members were very rude and judgmental.

The people inside the bank are really nice and helpful at this location. However the service online and website/app is very lacking. I have the hardest time logging into my account and have to reset my password at least once a week. The website keeps asking me to reset my security questions about once a week.I have had to reset my password and questions so much that I can’t keep in track of what it is any longer. I have their customer service in my phone saved because I have to call them so much because I can’t access my account online. I have never once got the ATM to work either. If you need to do banking outside of business hours this is not the bank for you.

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever deal with. I had a car loan with them. About 2 years into the loan the car got totaled. The insurance company paid off the car COMPLETELY, according to the information supplied by the bank. For several months after that bank kept charging me late fees and reported late payments because of the less than $100 balance that accumulated die to the time it took to process insurance claim. Now, they reported the late payments to the credit bureau and my credit rating is down because of it. FRAUDSTERS AND CRIMINALS

Five weeks ago, I opened a checking account at PNC Bank and deposited $5,000 with the understanding that if I maintained a minimum balance of $5,000 or more, I would receive $400 through a promotional program after 60 days. I believed this and opened the account. When opening the account, I even went to the local branch and asked the staff specifically. I asked if I could simply deposit $5,000 by check without doing a direct deposit and still receive the $400. The response was that they promised to give me $400. However, today, PNC Bank told me that if I don't do a direct deposit, they won't give me the $400. This contradicts what they initially said and is a deceptive and misleading behavior towards customers. Why did they say that I could deposit $5,000 manually without a direct deposit and receive $400 five weeks ago, but now they say it's not possible? Is it acceptable for them to lie like this?

There are better branches, it's worth a little longer of a drive to go to those

ATM rarely works. I use the ATM often as i work for cash. Big imposition to go there for it not to work.Customer service is poor. There are a couple people there that are helpful. But there is on lady that is always rude an makes everything difficult. I had an issue with my account. give them your name social # address, email address, phone number and your bank info but they want more. Who the hell else would have all that info and want to know about an issue that they called about a week prior and have all the info including dates from transitions on the account!! Called 800 number and my issues were handled promptly with a nice caring attitude.

Competing banks were difficult to work with and put up barriers for tasks that should be easy to solve (Medallion Certifications, Wire Transfers etc.). I tried PNC after getting an offer and was delighted. Ricardo at this branch did the Medallion Certification in no time. On consecutive visits, Donna did a great job helping me with any of my other issues! Thanks

Customer service is good. The location is sometimes clogged due to traffic around it. PNC needs more locations up towards Gainesville and Commerce.

Loan Officer had pour communication. Didn't bother to verify my self employed income. Asked for my 2022 income and then didn't use it. Wasted 50 days of time. Been employed by same company going on 6 yrs and says I don't show income when my tax returns for 3 yrs show 6 figs plus. My salary and self employed income both increased this year as well and still said I don't have income. Could have easily asked for an employment letter from the company or from my CPA.

If you need to make a time-sensitive payment (or any payment really) don’t use the night drop box. They’ll lose your payment and that payment will not be honored. They’ve not only marked me as a late payment, but they told me I have to stop payment on the other check. It’s a nightmare scenario. Always just hand it to them, they don’t care about you otherwise. And don’t even try calling on the phone. All they will do is argue with you.
