Ricardo, Tashana and Sharonda were excellent and assisting me and resolving my needs. Additonally Kevin has helped me in the past and was courteous and recommended products to suit my need. They were all pleasant and professional and I would definitely recommend banking at this location.

Customer service is good. The location is sometimes clogged due to traffic around it. PNC needs more locations up towards Gainesville and Commerce.
