“I love this place, they were fast, friendly and professional. I took my dog in at 9:17 and they already called before 11 o’clock to advise that he was ready to go( shampoo & trim). They followed my instructions to the T.After horrible & disappointing experiences at PetSmart (Lavista Rd) and Swag Pets (Covington Hwy), I think it’s safe to say, that Luck Dog is my new favorite groomer. They get it right every time and they don’t keep my dog all day. We are Lucky for the referral from our dog park crew.”

“I don't know what the idiots giving bad reviews are talking about because Dayna is amazing. She took exceptional care of our dog. She was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She is by far the best groomer we have ever used and I would recommend her to anyone. She even gave us tips and tricks to work on at home with our pup as he can be a difficult dog to work with. If you want quality and expertise please visit her. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. When they saw we were serious about getting a snake they showed us so many different ones they had available and let us hold them to see their temperament. As a first time snake owner (though my bf knew what he was doing) they helped us get everything we needed to bring our new scaley baby home.They even included an entire care packet with lots of important information to care for our new little ball python, as well as a 7 day health guarantee and recommended vets they work with. They also said we were free to call them with any questions or concerns so they could walk us through at-home solutions or recommend going to a vet if absolutely necessary. Gave me a lot of peace of mind with my purchase!They also must do a good job caring for and handling their snakes because they were all very calm and nice when we handled them, no agression at all, but we picked the one that climbed all over our hands/arms slowly and seemed to love being handled.The facilities were clean, well kept, and even while they were helping us they were quickly helping other customers with live feeding animals. There's a bit of a stink when you first walk in (its not horrible, just noticeable), but when you keep lots of reptiles in one place, I would assume that comes with the territory. All the cages looked clean and all the animals looked well cared for.Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at getting a reptile. Come here instead of a petsmart or petco! There is MUCH more variety with morphs and options here than any other pet store I've seen.”

I use the version with the handles and they are easy to open, generously sized, thick enough, compostable and purchasing them also donates money to the Jane Goodall Institute. “Very cute little shop. The young woman working was very sweet and polite. We came in for a self wash for my Pyrenees. I brought my own shampoo and deshed but they had some really good top of the line products there. I know because I am a dog groomer. My only complaint would be they had used mixing bottles, not sanitized, with old product sitting in the bathing area. Those bottles need to be properly sanitized daily and rinsed because they can and will form nasty bacteria that can cause skin issues on dogs.I also didn’t see the sign in not to use their drying table and lowered it. Sorry about that. And my dippy dog who’s used to being groomed jumped right on it which I made him get off. I don’t see why the table is in there if customers are not allowed to use it. It would’ve saved this poor old groomers back! But I see the liability of untrained dogs falling off and hurting themselves. Idiots have to ruin things for everyone it seems.But I do plan on using their facilities again in the future. $10 is a deal for self wash.especially when they provide the shampoos, have good dryers, towels and even a shop vac so you can be a decent person and clean up after yourself.”

“I was devastated to learn that Amazon had stopped carrying lifespan enzymes that I use religiously for my dogs arthritis. After some searching I came across evolution pets and ordered 4. I am in NY so when my order wasn't processed until 10 days later, I called and emailed and made them aware of my dissatisfaction. That being said, my order was mailed out with priority that day, and I was given 2 extra enzymes due to the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but it's the way they're handled that makes all the difference to me. This should last me a year, but they now have a life long customer. I want to personally thank Bonnie for her following up, and follow through and mending this situation.”
