I was a member of this OTF from 2021-2022 and WOW!! First time I ever saw my abs. After leaving OTF, they’ve gone soft, which is ultimately okay with me. Just know you’ll get super slim and fit, so if that’s what you want, go for it! For strength, you’ll want a regular gym where you can lift heavier.Fantastic instructors and exceedingly challenging classes. I still remember the crew: Kevin, Stephanie, Teddy. All fantastic and encouraging. Good front desk staff too!The energy makes you want to push yourself and do more than maybe your body can. So be careful! I remember distinctly that my knees would hurt, and I once saw a man pass out and a girl fall face-first on her treadmill. Be sure to take it at your own pace and listen to your body.

Absolutely love Orangetheory and this particular studio! The energy of the coaches and staff is immaculate. Definitely the reason I go at least 4 times a week!! It’s worth every penny! Not to mention when I started in December 2021 I was 305 pounds and I’ve lost over 80 pounds since.

I went to my trial class 2 years ago cuz I wanted to be able to jog (hated and still hate running). I first signed up for the elite membership and within a week I upgraded it to their premier membership. I didn’t think I would love it so much. But I do! I’ve been going at least 5x/week. The coaches are great, they’re super motivating….looking at you coach Kevin, Houston, Lisa Bailey, Alison, Kate, Shelley, Cassie, Jayleen, Rodney, Stephanie, Teddy, yes….I’ve taken classes with many coaches from different studios and all of them are awesome in their own way! . The studio associates are also awesome…super helpful and friendly. Two years and almost 700 classes! Here’s too many more years and classes! ??

OT helps you push through your limits. The heart rate zones help you visualize and keep pushing. Thank you OT!

I have never been someone who likes working out, but I at least knew I had to have some accountability to keep going, as well as guidance. Orangetheory is exactly that. I appreciate being able to comfortably start as a beginner. All skill levels are encouraged and welcomed. Everyone is there to get a workout in - not to show off - so it really is a competition with yourself. I love the encouragement and support of the coach. They kindly show me how to correct my form or answer any questions at any point in the class if I am lost. The music is AWESOME. It pumps you up the entire time. The workouts are intuitive and always shifting so you never get bored. Every single thing you do in class can be done by any and all skill levels. Before I know it, the 1 hour is up, and I am tired (because I proudly pushed myself) but feeling amazing and accomplished.

I was a little discouraged because of pricing but now I will say it’s worth every dollar! Amazing trainers and energy and amazing workouts. I burn 500+ calories in a 60 minute class. No regrets. Definitely the disciplined workout I needed.

10/10 would not recommend. Unless wasting your money is a hobby. 8 classes for 110$/month. They don’t roll over. They’re all at odd times so like 3 or 4 days a week none of them will fit in your schedule. But besides being totally inconvenient to the average gym goer… it’s a gimmick to get the most money out of its members. You take a 9th class , you pay 12$ extra , you want a heart monitor, you pay 10$ extra. The one thing that’s sets this chain apart from all other gyms is the fact that you wear an orange theory branded heart monitor to track your calories burned/heart rate and progress over your classes. Hard to believe that useless little gadget not only isn’t INCLUDED in your already expensive membership, but the reader itself is less accurate than an Apple Watch or Fitbit , and some employees actually encourage you to go buy a heart monitor from Walmart because they also agree their product is trash. The loaners cost 10$/ class to barrow, if you want to buy your own for the classes it’s more than your monthly membership. I was told 120$ ..The instructor will tell you the stats don’t matter , but it’s the one thing that you sign up to see, it’s the only thing that sets them apart from any other class based training. I was excited to see my progress until I was told how inaccurate the devices are.Today I took a class with the big screens shut off so you couldn’t see where you were in comparison to everyone else. It not only took away from my competitive spirit, but it made it difficult to see if I was working hard enough on the weight floor where you’re not in front of a piece of equipment that details your stats. My fiancé is too lean I guess for the heart monitor to be accurate, so why would I buy their branded one if I tried it and they suck?Day one when I signed up the instructor told me the stats don’t matter, and the front desk guy was so clueless he couldn’t tell me how much my own heart monitor would cost… then 8 classes in Im told to barrow one it’s 10$ a class. Just a cash grab if you ask me. Save your money and sign up for crunch where you can take as many classes as you want and there’s no BS hidden fees to surprise you.

I really like how the workout regimen scales to my fitness level, and I also appreciate the enthusiasm and engagement of the staff as they coach the group throughout the session! The scoreboard promotes healthy competition, while the shared experience creates a connection between you and the people to your right and left as you all push through class together.
