Very dissatisfied. I called and made an appointment 3 weeks ago for a physical. I was never asked about my medical insurance during that phone call. A week prior to my appointment THEY sent me a link to fill out a questionnaire and upload my insurance card, which I did.I take the day off from work, make it there, only to be told they are not in network with my insurance. Completely unacceptable! This should have been discussed when the appointment was made, or someone should have called after I uploaded my information online. A complete day wasted! I was really looking forward to my meeting with Dr. Lorraine as she was highly recommended.

This place was awful. No bedside manner, ordered chest X-ray before the doctor ever laid eyes on me, didn’t explain anything about what was going on with me or how sick I was. They set me on my way without any sort of idea of what was wrong with me and relied on the app to send me information after my visit. This place is a dirty patient mill.

Appointment center is rude. Her tone, voice show no respect. At the end of the call, she didn't ask for another question or concern, just hang up the phone suddenly. NGPG needs to improve the quality of the ones in call center

This practice is absolutely amazing. I see the FNP, Lorraine and I feel heard, I feel seen. I feel as if my concerns are taken seriously, and I'm not just brushed off to the side. She has truly been an angel. I would recommend anyone to her.Now of course with some good, there comes some bad. I do not hold this against the practice itself which is why it still gets a 5 from me. I saw the social worker/therapist Hope, I want to say, twice. I'm not sure if it's her personality. I'm not sure if it's her own bias. However, after our sessions I did not feel any progress was made. I had been looking for a therapist for what felt like forever, so I was relieved to get in with someone relatively soon. My first session was extremely awkward, but I chalked it up to us being unfamiliar with one another. Our second session wasn't any better. I just came back from leave and was getting into the swing of things again and she made me feel as if what I was going through was miniscule. She even insinuated that I "just didn't want to work" and that was all I needed to hear to move on and find another therapist. I know not everyone is a good fit so I'm hoping she isn't this way with everyone.

Dr. Inchol Yun is a joke. I brought my mother to her appointment on 7/12 due to her rapidly declining memory. Mind you, she also has Stage IV cancer. Mr. Yun abruptly left the room after sending out two referrals. He asked no questions. He never came back. I asked his nurse if he will fill out FMLA papers for me so I can take time off work to care for my mother. He said no, because I wasn't his patient. The form is certifying YOUR PATIENT Mr. Yun. You have a duty of care for your patient and you are failing. How can I act as YOUR PATIENT'S caregiver, when you will not help protect my job to do so.

This place is a joke as a primary care and still has patients just because of the location. You will never get an appointment in the same month, no matter what the medical condition is. Never. So if you need medical help, you will for sure not get it here. And they refer everything in house so your specialists will all have the same terrible service level. Find a less crowded primary care physicians' office because this one is useless at this point.

I’ve been a patient here since before the pandemic and I’ve always received good service. I truly appreciate the ability to schedule appointments online and I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby.NP LaPlace is truly exceptional at her job—very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She responds to my messages in MyChart with surprising efficiency and always makes detailed notes on my visits. I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and when necessary I am referred to a specialist who can provide the care I need.Thank you for taking such good care of me these past few years!

Royally aggravated! Went in for a check-up...masks REQUIRED! I asked the nurse if she felt the mask mandate there would ever end. She said, "No, not for medical facilities" because 1.) Covid is on the rise and 2.) a new variant is out. Have they not read the reports that prove MASKS DO NO WORK?! May be time to find a new Dr. My dentist and eye Dr do not require masks. This is a bunch of nonsense to keep people living in FEAR!

Have put up with sub-par service since Dr.Bonmiller left,(with very few exceptions). With scheduling a month plus to get an appointment most of the time.Billing is a nightmare, and good luck getting a person in that department. And if a doctor screwed up (and admitted so) call them on it, chew them out. Then the they get there feeling hurt and say you need to find another doctor.Which is fine, for the pain that l have been going through for months.Tests and treatments (and expenses) for the wrong diagnosis. That could have been avoided.I'm sure I'm better off , and will be exploring all my options for further action.

I could not be more disappointed at the level of care and lack of compassion this office delivers. As others have mentioned they are terrible at addressing patient concerns with any sympathy. Don't get in a hurry if you need a prescription.
