“I rented a U-Haul on Saturday morning and when I showed up the U-Haul system was acting up. Megan was the one checking in 14 reseverations by her self and was AMAZING!!! She was so apologetic for something out of her control and truly went above and beyond to ensure she took care of us all!!! She needs a raise and I really appreciated her service.”

“Arranged to pick up a uhaul truck during business hours bc of the reviews on mobile pickup. Internet was down so I had to do mobile pickup anyway. Cell service is horrible at this location. It took forever to check in. Check out was easier thankfully. I would use this location again solely based on location/convenience only.”

“The Buford Pack-Rat team is the best!! Calvin called me both before delivery and pick-up of the container to give me details and also allowed me to get some questions answered. Kirin delivered the container and was a superstar!!! He called before leaving the facility and gave me an ETA -- he arrived right on time. We had a bit of an issue with the apartment management changing their mind as to where the container could be parked and Kirin went with the flow. He also gave me a helpful hint to make pick-up easier -- to park my car in the spaces across from the container. Robert, who picked up the container, was very grateful I had done that, making his job so much easier.1-800-Pack-Rat made my move so much less stressful. I highly recommend this company.”
