We walked in yesterday and within an hour had a beautiful new engagement ring with my grandmother’s diamond. They even spruced up my wedding bands for free so the whole set looked new and sparkly! We were so thrilled with the whole experience and will be a returning customer.

Went to this shop a few weeks ago and was NOT impressed with the "service" I received. First, you have to ring the doorbell to get in, eventhough there were two employees there. Then I asked about having my father's college class ring repaired. I spoke with I guess the repair guy. He gave brief answers. Then I asked, since I was already there, about what it might cost to readjust my wedding band set. During our conversation, a heavy set, older guy with balding hair, came out from the back. I'm assuming he's the owner? He actually was being sarcastic in his comments to me. He said I was asking a lot of questions. To which I replied that I just want more information. He then tried to jokingly say "we don't charge for that". Meaning for all of the questions that I was asking. He even went further by saying they've never had someone ask so many questions. I felt this guy was very arrogant, rude, and talks to you like you're bothering them. I do not recommend this place. I will gladly pay more to a company with better service and drive out of my way based on this insulting experience. Customers have the right to ask as many questions as necessary in order to make an informed decision. Too snooty for my taste. They perfectly demonstrated why they don't deserve the opportunity to get my business. I would give Zero stars if I could.

My fiancé was recommended this place by a neighbor, and I could not be happier that we found them! He wanted to surprise me with a custom-made engagement piece using my late mother's wedding ring. Billy was so kind and patient with us, and made all of our ideas into reality. He crafted something so beautiful that I am so proud to wear! The owner, Keith, is also very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone, and will be a customer for life. The quality is more than I can put into words, the pricing is beyond fair, and my expectations are completely exceeded. It truly is about more than diamonds with these guys. The name says it all.

Was recommend this place back in the fall of 2022 by my neighbor. I was looking at having a custom made engagement ring created from her late mothers wedding band. We worked with Billy on some ideas we had, and he made every one of those ideas reality. Keith the owner is also very professional and operates a wonderful business! We will be doing business with them for life! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff, the quality, and the pricing!

Tried to get them to put a tiny little ring on a cross then slide it on a chain. Probably a 5 minute job . Wow sorry I didn't have a money maker for ya .
