I was a little disappointed. Drivers inside door still had pet drool on it. Back passenger side still had pollen around door facing and some spray mist showed up in sunlight ( not sure yet if it stained it). Inside windshield was smeared. Vacuuming on drivers side left of foot tried to be covered up by mat. Passenger side mats were not hooked,but drivers side was. I can say the outside and tires and wheels looked very good. Paid extra for the back mat to be washed, looked like only half was done. I paid for the #2...

Very good car wash. Frank is great manager. My truck was cleaned real good. They told me up front it would be a little of a wait. But they got done sooner than expected. They are short handed. This is my go to car wash.

This place has really gone down hill. Lube shop is closed, the owner shuts the wash down if it’s a tiny bit cloudy, extremely short staffed, and the keep losing the great staff that’s been there. I’ve had it with this place. I’ve been loyal for years but the owner made me feel like my business was better somewhere else. They lost their store manager Kaitlyn who was amazing with customers service and attentive. The GM is never there because he retired but when he was there every day there was never ever a problem! The only person there to help you with any problems is a guy named Young who always seems like you’re of an inconvenience to him. He really needs to learn how to treat his customers better because the person cleaning me car even apologized for Youngs behavior. Honestly, just go elsewhere. They raised their prices even though you get a less quality job then what you use to since they lost all the good employees.

This carwash was recommended by a family member because I recently purchased a new car and wanted to regularly have it cleaned. I visited the car wash on Wednesday, October 7th at approximately 2:00 p.m. I paid for my car wash with the cashier right after I entered the building where I asked the cashier if she would call the number included on the receipt when my vehicle was finished . She stated yes. I patiently waited in the building, reading for school and replying to work emails. Around 3:00 p.m. I noticed that my car was parked in the parking lot, so I asked the cashier if my car was ready yet. I explicitly stated the make and model of the car at this time. The cashier said no. I proceeded to continue sitting patiently. At 4:00 I asked the cashier again and she said my car was still not ready, meanwhile the car continued sitting in the parking space, undisturbed. At 4:30 I approached the cashier once again and communicated with her that I needed to leave to attend a meeting. She looked around and grabbed my keys and asked if they were mine, and I said yes and she said my car was ready. I asked how long my car had been ready considering it had been in a parking space since 3:00. She said she did not know. She did not apologize for not communicating that my car was finished in a timely manner ( over an hour in a half) despite me politely checking in with her.
Nonetheless the carwash professionals who actually cleaned my car did an immaculate job cleaning my car. However, the cashier's lack of attention, compassion, and lack of concept of time definitely deters me from returning or recommending this establishment.
