“Hi Ky Woman 73, this is the other employee who was in the store at that time. In regards to your jacket, the problem came from the jacket itself, not from our services. When you came into the store to tell us about the issue, we saw it best to contact the store in which the jacket came from and tell them about the problem. There was no lying whatsoever from us. If you had come back to us like you said you would, we could have told you that the general manager(Tracey) of the store you bought it from was contacted by us and would have accepted the jacket without any problems and given you a refund or replacement on your jacket.Dacula cleaners has been mom and pop shop that has been serving Dacula since day one, when Publix was built. We are not a business that lies about our services. Attempting to put the blame entirely on us only serves to hurt us and our reputation for something that was not even our fault.”
