Went to the pharmacy to have my prescription filled the pharmacist and the assistant would not fill my prescription. Told me I had to go close to my address to get it filled. They said the DEA is cracking down. I told her that I just moved there she you should have got filled near your dr office. Pharmacist is very unprofessional

I'm so Sick of this place.Calling ahead of time to get a prescription filled, then to get there 2 1/2 hours later to NO prescription being filled at all. And then told to wait another 30 minutes like they are doing me a favor, cause they say it's normally 1 hour. Lady I called this in over 2 hours ago. I'm sick of it. They have done this in the past and I have looked past it, but today was the last time Fu.. them for real. I am no longer dealing with them.

Terrible pharmacy. Wait times are ridiculous. They will not prioritize those waiting for urgent needs, such as post-op meds.They were out of one of my prescriptions, and just said, sorry, we can't fill it or send it elsewhere to be filled. I requested They send it internally to another Kroger store and pulled up the pharmacy laws for the pharmacist on duty. She should have known the laws pertaining to the internal transfer of prescriptions. Even then, I had to call each individual store to find one that had the meds in stock, they would not check the system for me.When I return to my PCP, I will change my pharmacy back to Walgreens. At least they are helpful. I definitely do not recommend this pharmacy.

Landed here after running erronds & did my major shopping for the week (Mon - Wed) & ended up getting Thanksgiving items as well.Clean, kind associates, very nice customer too!!I got a bundle of firewood (5 big pcs, which isn't much) for $7.99 but cheaper than Publix.No alcohol on this trip, but seemed like I was going ti break the bank woth this haul- NOPE... $222.00 & we have actual food!!! Yay!!!My store is normally Lawrenceville/Duluth at Taylor Road & it is getting better. Or I can go to Satellite Blvd, which is pretty good. Oh, Riverside Parkway fixed up nice too... I have options now & I am happy!!!Don't forget the Kroger Plus card & on-line coupons to save even more!!!Happy Shopping!!!

I had the worst experience today when I went to store #457 in Dacula,GA. in short I wanted to buy the brawny 4pk which with the digital coupon is $4.99 i tried to clip the coupon but it said there are issues with the coupons sorry for inconvenience, I proceeded to take the item along with other items and show the cashier the message showing the error, she called for the supervisor Vanessa to assist but was told to download the app to get the coupon, I told her I just scan the qr code and goes to my account to clip coupon as always, and told me I can not get it unless I download the app, so I just purchased the other items leaving the paper towels, as I was leaving I heard the customer behind me mention the same problem with the system when buying an item that had a digital coupon, the cashier called the same supervisor Vanessa to help only this time she inputted the coupon for the Caucasian gentlemen after showing her the same message I showed her. As she headed back to customer service desk she asked if she could help me and I told her she just honored that man's coupon and not mind, she said she was going to tell me she got permission and would sell me the paper towels for the price with the coupon now they are still by the register. I asked her how could she had done that when I would've been gone from the store, if I didn't stay to see the outcome from the other customer. She of course denied being discriminating and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I said yes and she spoke to him (Jaime) on the phone which I clearly heard so when he came to see me, he just offered to sell me the item at the digital coupon price, no apology and very nonchalant and uncaring, I returned the items i bought. and proceeded to go to another kroger in Lawrenceville at 1475 Buford dr. just to see if I would get the same treatment but thankfully they were just the opposite very helpful and polite in making sure that I got the item at advertised price with coupon per Emily the cashier even trying to scan it on her app once she knew I didn't have the app and saw it didn't give the price and even looking in the ad paper to verify it was valid without even bothering a supervisor or manager. relieved that all kroger stores are not like 457 but still more disgruntled to know it was those individuals not knowing good customer service and treating people the same regardless of race or gender even at a manger level that made my experience horrible,

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! The people are complete idiots. Type your card number in wrong, can't find you in the system, tell you you don't have insurance, take an hour trying to look you up, making you wait the whole time. Multiple pharmacists at the location can't figure out how to enter in the correct info. Insurance company confirms they are just the most incapable, poorly trained pharmacists on the planet and that nobody doesn't know how to enter the numbers in correctly. Then, they tried to charge us for services we DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE!!!!! Insurance company had to fight with them to fix it. They are incompetent and malicious thieves! STEAL YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. GO anywhere else. Drive further. You'll be glad you did.

They are out of most prescriptions most of the time and they have no idea when they will be getting them. The employees could care less that they don't have the medicine that you are not supposed to abruptly stop taking. She told me to call around to other pharmacies to see if they had it. She obviously has no idea how prescriptions work.

The produce section is dismal and over priced just like the meat department if you shop at the Asian grocery, Aldi and Costco. Do a little vacuum packing you can save 30-40 percent over kroger. Only go here if u need one or two items.

Someone please tell the deli to stop trying to skip out on making fresh subs by telling people to use the pre-made ones. They're getting really bad on that.

I have been going to this Kroger Pharmacy with my fiancé for about 8 years now. I like to put my eggs in different baskets so I would always get one of my prescriptions from that place that starts with a “W” and ends with an “S”. The operation of each of them was the difference between night and day. Kroger was almost always at full staff and running like a well oiled machine. After awhile you get to know people on a more personal level and I was always greeted with a friendly smile and a little small talk. Even when the prescription bags were piled high, and they could barely see over the top of them there was always a minute to say hello and ask how things are going. Eventually, I moved all my prescriptions to Kroger because I feel that they have earned 100% of my business and I enjoy seeing everyone every time I go in.

Worst pharmacy in Gwinnett they never have your prescriptions you have to wait months for almost any medication. daughter been off my meds for 2 months I’ve had to take her back dr numerous times because she can’t consistently get her medications this is ridiculous the staff is not pleasant and they definitely don’t care if you have your meds or not because they still get paid.

Always an issue at this location, either your prescription isn't filled after 4 hours or they don't have what you need. Don't waste your time here.

Pharmacy there has a College education supposedly. If you want your prescriptions filled I suggest you go somewhere else . Ive been getting my prescriptions there for the past year still can't get it right.
