They don't even deserve one single star. I called pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. However, the associate who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and hung up on me after saying "this is all you need to say". I am disappointed as I have been using this pharmacy for all my medicine including my family's, yet this is what I get.

This location is the best because of pharmacist Jeriann! She is awesome, she’s always so pleasant and kind. She knows her customers names, and is knowledgeable and helpful. She’s a doll and an asset to the store!

i'm not sure what has happened to this pharmacy because it used to be so good but in recent months it is just turned into an absolute nightmare. The last two times I've tried to have prescriptions filled. They basically said I might get it today I might get it tomorrow they don't really know when. The line is always long and the people that work there are not very helpful and sometimes rude. I'm moving my prescriptions to Publix.

This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy on Dacula Road, Dacula, GA. Doctor ordered prescription mid-week. 50 hours and 3 trips later, I am now in wait mode as the order is filled. This isn't first time I've had issues. Advise folks to use the Publix Pharmacy 1/4 mile away on same road. Superior competence and service.

First time and last time. No produce and the whole store was nasty! It’s time for a remodel and someone to clean and get decent produce. I guess I’ll go back to publix. I used to live in Dawsonville and the Kroger there was amazing but this one needs to go. Sorry for such a bad review but I’ve never seen a grocery store look that bad before. Gross !

I took my potty training toddler into the store today and it was pouring rain outside. I felt bad doing click list because I didn’t want someone else to have to walk out to my car to deliver them so I loaded her into the car and came to grocery shop. In the past, mostly every time there is a bag boy no one offers to take them out to my car. However, today was a different story. Mr. David, who was bagging my groceries, offered to help me out despite the awful rain. Thank you
