There is no proper communication or sympathy for a parent that calls out of concern for their child. There is no structure or curriculum in the classroom. Some of the employees had a very bad attitude and will stop answering the phone.

Kiddie academy in Dacula has not let me down after a little over one year of attending! My child leaves me every morning with a smile on her face because she is comfortable in the environment created here. The staff & director Miss Val are serious about the academics and building character here. Miss Nariyah is amazing! My child comes home and asks to go with her after the school day is over. We will not be enrolling in any other academy as long as Kiddie Academy in Dacula is still thriving!

My granddaughter has been in school here for over a year. She education is very important and I couldn’t ask for a better school. She has learned so much and has grown a lot. The teachers here are wonderful and work with each child at their level. The staff is always nice and caring. We look forward to her continuing education

Took my 2 year old daughter on her first day just to see on the cameras that she was NOT CHANGED one time while there. Nor do they change the kids on the changing table. I should not be able to see little girls and boys naked on camera being changed the wrong way. Both teachers took a break at the same time during nap. A man who walks around the building cleaning/changing light bulls. A lot of outside maintenance things decided to come in with the children alone. Someone who i never meet that would be in contact with my child, let alone he decided to open her pull up and check her private areas. Another lady decided to come in and get her completely naked in front of him to change her clothes and pull up because at this time her clothes was soaking wet from nap because she wasn’t changed or taken to the bathroom at all that day. Very disgusting behavior for my child first day. I do not recommend the teachers in her class. They was very nonchalant about the whole situation.

Really wanted to give this location a shot. Had my daughter there for two weeks and I realized it was just not working for her. My child is on the spectrum. When I went for my tour, I was told that all instructors are certified to handle children with Autism. Unfortunately I found out after the fact, Kiddie Academy is just a child center. The instructors are not licensed to handle ASD children. Plus side is the live streaming, I was able to see how little they do with the kids in her age group. Most of the day the children are running around aimlessly. There did not seem to be many activities or structured learning provided. The instructor looked annoyed and overwhelmed. Problem with viewing was, I could see but I could not hear. I tried twice to make an appointment with the assistant director and director. One appointment they were a no-show and they just never bothered rescheduling. I realized then, this was not the place for myself and my child, and I needed to find another option. In my opinion, they are just too overpriced for the little they provide.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I was optimistic that my daughter would have a good experience. I have a child on the spectrum. On my initial tour, one of the main topics I wanted discussed was how the facility handles children on the spectrum. I was assured by the director who gave us the tour, the instructors and staff were certified to handle children with ASD. Unfortunately I learned after paying and my daughter attending, that in fact they were not equipped to handle her behaviors and outbursts. I tried on several occasions, in the two weeks I had her there, to set appointments with the directors and the instructor, to figure out a plan to help guide my child. Never happened. One appointment they were a no show. The next I never got a call back. The administration has little regard for parent concerns. The staff has little to no communication. If you are looking for a place that cares, for the money they charge, I would look elsewhere.

The “BEST childcare in the state!“Everything from its education programming, to the wonderful and kind staff. And the highest quality of teachers. Makes this onsite owner daycare the number ONE choice for our granddaughter.

It’s just a daycare , no real education is give to the children. They have Covid outbreaks in different class rooms weekly, and the center itself lacks consent cleanliness. Staff is nice.I was lied to about my child bring in “ private pre k” he learned nothing there . His teacher was nice but lacks structure in her class room. The director will tell you anything she thinks you need to hear to do what’s best for business which is get your money. She prides herself on being in the business for 16yrs and uses that as reasons to make your concerns insignificant or to prove why what she’s saying is right. In all actually she just a glorified receptionist with management duties. If you truly care about the well being of your child , look else where. This is just a daycare not a school. I didn’t get what I paid for. The owner doesn’t care.

Anyone can enter the facility as door are always kept open. Any kid can leave. When concern were brought up, many excuses were made as the issues never fixed. And the after care teachers need to be kinder to the kids

Idk if they erasing my picture and comment butFriday last week was my child last week in kiddie academy simply because I was lied to I took my child to the hospital , they told me he had pink eye well the doctor confirm to me it wasn’t pink eye he was hit by something & front desk decided to call me when I was on my way This school will delete your things off of google & lie to you like nothing happen . Don’t believe the hype or the camera there just for the school

This week :holiday school 2 days, it mean use service after school at this place 3 days but it charge full day of after school, weekly is $95!! The lady in front desk say if want use service of 2 days of holiday school ( school close) must pay more: $55/day ?!!It too high and not fairNot recommend this place !! ?????

I’m giving this daycare a 1 star they lucky I can’t rate it a zero but they told me at the end of the day my child had pink eye & trust me I’m a parent I know what pink eye is anyways I went to the doctor they told me it wasn’t pink eye it look like he had got hit with something so this daycare cover up things & don’t tell you I don’t recommend for your childMy child been in room H BEFORE the lady with the big curly hair she’s mean I know she isAnd his teacher currently was gabby room G just bad bad trying to cover up things & im going report everything this daycare don’t even deserve to be open & need new staff !! Please do not send your child here !!!!!!!!! That happen last Friday & they have a nerve to call my dam phone HAHA !! Funny !! Greg you need new staff & your so clueless how can you even lie about things like this it just don’t make no Sam sense

My twins have been attending Kiddie Academy of Dacula since February of this year and we have nothing but good things to say. They moved from the two-year-old class to the three year-old class and have learned so much! As an added bonus, they helped me with potty training, which I appreciate tremendously! Everyone from the teachers, to the staff that greet you and even the owner are beyond caring and wonderful with the kids. Thank you, we appreciate everything you do!

I love how everyone there is so nice and respectful. His teacher is usually busy doing art activities, music or going outside with the kids. Which is important for preparing him for school. My son loves it here and each morning he is excited to go to school. He comes home singing and talki g about his friends at school. If he is happy I am happy. Been here for a month so far and love it!
