Tracy is the best!!! She's so kind and easy to schedule with and she does laser the best!!!! I highly recommend Tracy and Jolie Amis spa for all your needs but especially for laser!! I only trust her with my entire laser treatment process!!!

Love the atmosphere there, I have to brag on Queenie who did an amazing job on cutting my hair and Alicia who was gentle and great with doing my brows. Highly recommend them. The whole team is so sweet and treat you like they've known you forever the first time they meet you :)

This was my first experience with this salon and i can honestly say this was one of the of worst experiences i have had. It was recommended to me and close to where i live so after reading all the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 even though their website says they close at 2:00. I was wanting to get a hair cut so that my layers would look more even and also color with highlights. I told the stylist generally what i wanted but within a minute or two of sitting in the chair, the stylist took a pair of scissors and cut about three inches of my hair off without texturing it or evening it out. The whole process, cut, color, shampoo and blow dry took 45 minutes (which i have never spent less than an hour and a half in a salon getting the same services) so it was very obvious she was rushing to get me out of there so she could close up and leave. She had curled my hair so I wasn't able to see the actual results of the cut until I got home and straightened it. When I did, I was appalled. It's completely uneven, un-textured and not at all what I wanted. While the stylist wasn't exactly rude, it was so obvious she was in a hurry to leave. When I left the salon, I had to wait outside for my ride (because I wasn't expecting this visit to be so short) and with an a minute of standing outside, the stylist was locking up and walking to her car. I have already made an appointment with a salon in Atlanta I used to go to so they can fix the cut. I left this salon feeling like I wanted to cry so I definitely will not be going back.

My husband and I have been clients of Jolie Amis for many years and have had nothing but good experiences. My husband has very fine hair and Benee does a wonderful job. I completely trust Lindsey to make excellent cut and color suggestions on my hair and I always gets lots of compliments -- even weeks after I've visited her. The salon is very clean and in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

I had my first experience with Jolie Amis Salon recently. I could not have been more pleased! All of the staff was very friendly and more than accommodating! I saw my long time stylist Ashley, who is a hair-god! She is absolutely amazing! She always knows exactly what to do even when I don't do a good job articulating what I'm looking for. Every time she does my hair it's amazing! :) If you're in the market for a new stylist, I highly recommend Ashely & Jolie Amis Salon!
