Highly competent doctor. Office running very efficiently. No wait period. Recommending vaccine at the right time. Prescribing medications that addresses my needs well. Never pushing drugs to me that I don’t need like most doctors do.

I felt like dr.wong did not take my concerns seriously. I felt like he was rushing to get out the room. This probably the worst primary I've ever been to honestly. I recommend no one come here, this facility is a straight money grab. I've never heard a doctor say" why come back in to read your results if everything is okay". If you do a yearly exam, regardless if everything is okay, you should still go back for your results review. It's the doctor responsibility to read your results regarding what's happening in your body. The patient is not a doctor to comprehend medical terminology. ARE YOU SERIOUS! Very poor attentiveness to the patient.

I am a new patient at the Gwinnett clinic. I went up there Friday for some testing. The doctor told me my testing would be available Monday but she would not be back into the office until Wednesday. She specifically told me to feel free to call. I did exactly that and called up on Monday. I spoke to a woman named Angie who after hearing what I said about the doctors instructions called me a liar and told me it would be 7 to 10 business days. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked for clarity. Save your time and go to a legitimate practice where they hire staff who actually care about their patients.

Dr. Wong is very dismissive and must only be there for the money. I tried to explain that I was there for head and heart concerns. He would constantly interrupt me and say it was an allergy problem. I wasn’t even in the check up room for 5 minutes before he told me it was just allergies and said he’d write me a prescription. I’m only giving the 2nd star because the wait time was short compared to urgent care.
