Yeah same experience as the guy from 2 months ago. Lady behind the desk. My hair was uneven. I turned around to show her the sport and she said yeah I can get that for you.
I don't know what's she's doing there and I'm not sure she does either.

First chair on the left behind the desk. Lady took about 7 mins to cut my hair it's all uneven, I complemented her because she gave me a haircut last time and she got an attitude. Probably why she ain't at Supercuts anymore.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR A CUT/TRIM I ASKED FOR 3INCHES TRIMMED AND I WALKED MINUS 12 INCHES!!! WORST HAIR SERVICE EVER!

I've been using Great Cuts, this location and the previous one in Dacula, for 12 years and it's the only place I go. All the stylist are great, so I don't have to wait, for a particular person. 12+ years without a single bad cut. I'll go here forever and I highly recommend.

This place is terrible. All I asked for was a wash and blow out, followed by a flat iron. After being washed. The lady began to brush my hair and I could already tell there would be an issue as my hair is long and was tangled she barely attempted to brush it. She proceeded to turn on the blow dryer ( tangles not even brushed out). Not even a few seconds later she says ‘I can dry your hair but I’m not good at blow outs and using a flat iron’. She said she could dry it though. At first I said ok but then I noticed she put the brush down and was literally only going to dry my hair without running a brush through it. I told her to stop. She charged me the $6 for the wash which was not even good either. I really shouldn’t have even paid for that. If she couldn’t have done the job she should not have said ok when I walked in. If she can’t be trusted to do the simplest as to even brush out hair there is absolutely no way she can cut hair. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Matthew is by far the best hairstylist that I have had at Great clips. I drive 35 mins to get Matthew to cut my hair. The only issue I have is not with Matthew but with Great clips. They cut out the Veteran discount except for Veterans Day.Service: Haircut

2/20/23 - took great care of my little man. So happy they have clip notes to remember what is done since my husband always takes little man to get his hair cut. He thankfully was with us to guide the guy and for me to learn.

I come here in a pinch usually. Most of the time they do a decent job. Very rarely do they seem thorough however especially when busy.I probably would not come here if they didnt have online check in and were not on my way home.Caught some attitude this past time for asking the stylist nicely to hit a spot she obviously missed after already apologizing I came in with gel/bed head. Next time will probably just drive a bit further to winder location.
