Great gym love coming here to work out but omg was that old lady at the front desk rude and im assuming here probably racist or at the very least afraid of people of color bc of the way she treated my cousin. Wont ever be asking for her help again and i will continue to workout here with zero interactions with her. Best wished to who ever reads this and i will stoop lower.

The new renovation has a much more open layout and rare machines that you don't see in any other surrounding gym. The shoulder, back, vertical leg press, and rear delt machines are a refreshing change. The only thing it needs is more sitting room in the locker rooms.

Best gym I’ve ever step foot into. Only reason I rate it 4 is because they use water instead of milk for their smoothie’s at the smoothie bar so it comes out like a slushee with an iced top layer instead of a thick milky protein shake. :/ Either that or they use too much ice.

We picked golds gym hamilton mill because it was close to where we live! The people are great and helpful. The staff is wonderful its clean and easy layout makes it a dream to work out! I tried there classes and boy are they a workout 10/10 reccomend!

The gym is super packed no matter what
Time you go.
There is no family memberships so I am paying the same price for my 13 year old son.
The female trainers are now wearing BIKINIS and taking photos in the training room which makes us not want to go in the room anymore. It is very weird to work out somewhere where girls are taking photos in their bikinis. They can clearly take these photos in the bathroom instead of making us feel uncomfortable.
There is no paper towels around the gym. Most people will not go out of their way to get paper towels from the tanning area. So machines are not getting clean.

I like the gym and it has good modern machines but there is only one Gold Gym in the area, 2 hours or 3 hours from the other gym, the parking is not enough for the number of people who go.

The staff is super friendly. Front disk associates Rosemond and Josh were very welcoming in my first visit. Will be coming back soon.

The new equipment they added recently is mostly great and improves the aesthetic of the gym. I do think it is apparent that they got cheap regarding all of the cable attachments. Before they had much better quality attachments.

BLOWN AWAY! I've been a member here since the year they opened, and to be honest, my loyalty was due mostly to it conveniently located. However, the owners absolutely KILLED IT with this recent renovation. Hands down the nicest weight room in all of Gwinnett. CONGRATULATIONS!
