I bought an engine block which has been a while now and runs good so far, no issues. The only complaint I have is how expensive some parts are even when they are damaged and used. Another is the staff's demeanor towards customers; they were a bit impertinent when I asked for parts/costs.

If I could post half a star I would. This place has higher prices than new parts. I called for a tail light for my suv and their price was $75 when a brand new one is only $67.95. I talked to 2 different people on the phone that were rude and very unhelpful. I was going to pay the difference because they had the part in stock and everywhere else had to order it. When I called it was 2pm on Saturday and the rude man on the other end of the line told me they were closing and that I wouldn't be able to get the part until Monday even though they don't close until 3. I dont understand how this place is still in business. Go to pull-a-part or buy new. These people are horrible!!!

I wish I could give a negative star. These people act like we owe them everything.
Idk what generation is running this establishment but I can promise you they were not raised right.
Had to go through 4 motors just to finally get a semi running one.
Gave me a receipt to bring the core back for 300$ , said they could only do 100$.
These people are crooked,scam,and pathetic name for a “business” , more than half the parts don’t work , don’t waste your time with these people . You’d be better off buying anything brand new than messing with them.i hope this place shuts down very soon and any of the “workers” go find real jobs. Cause acting like that and scamming everyone won’t get you to far in life.. until then . ????????

Just picked up a yellow tailgate off the Scion xB. 1st the customer service is lack luster being told I’m wasting their time by the parts puller as I ask to go back to look at more parts. I’m a paying customer potentially buying more stuff. The stuff that pays your check and I’m wasting your time? Odd? Plus I called about the mirrors 4 months prior and was told they were sold. Turns out they weren’t and still on the car so I ask for that and the little plastic door sills I guess at this point they were aggravated I wanted more stuff so they said it was a $175 extra for some tiny plastic and a mirror off a 2005 Scion…. Work on your customer service is all I can say. No wonder LKQ is crushing all these tiny junkyards being run by rude a** people.

Had to replace an alternator in my ex's Toyota Corolla very easy called them found one went and picked it up 10minutes before they closed.i got the right one and it was 130.00$ cheaper than auto zone or advanced Auto and O'Reilly's.paid for it went out front put it on and it works great! Then the next day my girlfriend of four years broke up with me! Imagine that!! How's that for gratitude for ya.but yeah givens is a great place I recommend it to anyone if you need a peer they probably have it!

Can't go in the yard anymore, people rude, doesn't sell radios anymore? Doesn't have mowers, atvs, bikes(only cars) I will stay to pull a part and pick n pull. Don't waste your time
