“Modern medicine is dead. Hipnation is where it’s at. I am very pleased with my interactions with Dr Craig and Dr Ali and the time they have spent listening to ALL of my questions and not feeling rushed whatsoever. The philosophy of using natural healing methods opposed to being prescribed tons of pharmaceuticals that don’t actually cure the root problem, is a philosophy that I am in line with. It’s nice to know there’s medical practices like this one that are truly concerned about patients health, and not just making profit. “The care at the office was perfect, BUT the policy that is someone comes in late for their appointment needs work. I arrive at 9:15am my appointment was at 9:30am, the nurse took me back at 9:30am. She did my preliminary vital signs then took me to a room where I waited for 1hr 20 minutes, She would let me know when the NP was coming. The problem was a patient was 30 minutes late arriving, so instead of telling that patient we can fit you in when we have an opening, instead they took the patient back.I was told this was done due to the shooting in Atlanta last year when a patient shot up a practice after being told that would have to reschedule.I had thing to do after my appointment that is why I made it so early. If the practice is worried about someone shooting up the practice then hire an armed guard, don’t make your other patients wait due to that persons neglect.”
