Attention future customers, Let me be brutally honest: if you're considering enrolling your child in this facility, think again. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. Verbal abuse, negligence, and unprofessional behavior run rampant, and it all starts with Coach Hunter. This 26-year-old coach lacks the basic skills of communication and respect. Instead of addressing concerns, she resorts to yelling and belittling parents and children alike. And don't expect any accountability from management; Hunter's own mother, the manager, turns a blind eye to her daughter's behavior. But the horror doesn't end there. Children are subjected to unsafe conditions, with inadequate supervision resulting in serious injuries like a 4-year-old breaking her arm right in front of horrified parents. And let's not forget about the unsanitary environment, with a dog roaming freely and urinating on the mats, only to be lazily cleaned up with a paper towel. So, before you make the mistake of entrusting your child's well-being to this establishment, heed this warning: listen to the reviews, observe a class, and talk to other parents. Your child deserves better than to be treated like second-class citizens by untrained, disrespectful coaches. Don't be fooled by their empty promises or excuses. Choose wisely, because your child's safety and happiness are at stake.

My daughter attended this school for gymnastics. She was enrolled for 2 years. In her 2 years at the school not once did they give any progress report for her. No kind of feedback on what she could improve or practice more of. My daughter would practice every day but never any feedback from the teacher. We would ask the teacher but never get a straight answer. It felt like a wast of money! Do not send you’re child to this here if you want to see progress. Save your money

Wow! This place has a SO much potential! Im imagining when it first opened it was superb. However, thats not what it is today. There is only 1 employee that is kind and gives over the top service (not that I'm expecting this type of sevice), the younger girl that work the front desk. Bravo amd thank you! Everyone else is also young 20s but rude, unfriendly, all the instructors act as if they're serving a prison sentence forced to do this job. Its actually comical to watch but, also sad bc this is my child and im paying a lot of money. My child asks why the teacher doesn't like her after almost class. Bye bye DFS.

Their tae kwon do program is great. Master Clark truly wants the students to learn. He is kind, patient and fun. My 4yo loves to attend tae kwon do. I love how flexible the schedule is.

My granddaughter started almost 4 years ago. She was in after school, Taekwondo, dance, and gymnastics. Problems started when DFS employee Nick grabbed my granddaughter by lock/hair and pulled it than stopped and pulled again hurting her. I made complain to after school director Ruth. She didn't do anything about it. I asked to see video since she denied that he did it. After seeing on video from their surveillance camera him clearly pulling my granddaughter hair she still denied. Owner saw video and didn't see nothing wrong. After that same employee yelled at my granddaughter. I saw him when I came to pick her up and told him to not to dare to touch her or yell at her ever again. Next day I got text from Ruth. My granddaughter have one week and she will have to find another place to go after school. She also said that I wasn't allowed to property. Thanks to that my granddaughter have nice daycare where she is getting lunch after school. She has much better after school. They also allow couples boyfriend/girlfriend who works there to hold each other like they are at the bar. My granddaughter was uncomfortable watching it. I told them one day that they need to get a room.

My granddaughter is here after school. She is also taking Taekwondo, gymnastics, and dance classes. It is very convenient. I don’t have to pick her up and take her to her classes. After work I just go pick her up. It saves me a lots of time. We made friends with many people. Owners and their employees are like a family to us. They take great care of kids just like they are their own. I can not imagine life without DFS. It’s like second home. English as a second language but I hope you understand what I am saying. Please try this place. This is my and my granddaughter favorite after school. Give them a chance to show you how amazing they are.

I love this place! it has an amazing after school program with loving/ caring teachers. Amazing gymnastics, dance, music, taekwondo, ect. programs! Very welcoming, and this place just feels like home! I've never had a problem with DFS, they keep after school open on breaks which has really helped us when it comes to work. I would highly recommend Dacula Family Sports!

Was only with them from August of 2019 till January of 2020 and it was very interesting. I first have to say I homeschool my children so we were looking 4 a place they could all do an activity. Beware this is an afterschool program. So if your looking for proper dance instruction, your not gonna get it here. It's more of a let's play type setting. Our dance teacher was changed without notice, once the dance teacher was switched the warm ups b4 class ended. I have never received an email from them until today and it was only after my withdrawal request and after they told me my email was magically "unsubscribed." They are hugely unorganized to the point where when I tried to withdraw I was told due to a contract I had to give a 30 day notice. But the kicker is I never signed up thru this parent portal that they refer to. So I never signed a contract. And they never showed me this contract while holding on to my money! So they are holding a month of dues for my daughter that I don't even want. They took my credit card though without issue but never bothered with the contract they are using to hold on to $53.60. This is for a class where my child is the only one in the class now. Because all of the changes the mistakes miscommunication this class originally had 7 is now down to 1. I was then told well we will run specials to get the class back to capacity. They have no issues billing you however!! Even when the facility was closed 4 2wks during winter break they still billed. They also do not return your phone calls or apparently check the voicemail system they have set up so save ur breath. Ir time and ur money.. beware and cover yourself in dealing with this facility.

I have nothing negative to say about DFS especially its martial arts program! My three-year-old was enrolled for their ninja garden program for six months And the only reason we did not re-enroll him is because even though we saw a progression in his behavior the actual structural moves of Karate were something he just did not seem that interested in and we moved to a different area of GA. ( just a FYI, Chuck Norris probably would not have had my kid interested in ninja technique) The instructors were some of the most awesome, patient, kid loving people I have ever met! Even the young instructors knew how to handle my son when he goofed off unnecessarily or became deliberately disobedient! The rest of the staff are patient and kind and gave the warmest smiles to my little two-year-old daughter when she ran up to them just to say hi!! If we still lived in Dacula area we would most likely be giving the gymnastics program a chance next! This is a long review but I wanted it to be detailed just to get my point across of how much we loved DFS in the short time we were part of it and the people who ran it and we will miss them!

I’m editing my review from about a year ago. My daughter is/was in ballet class on saturday mornings. I’ll start by saying her teacher, Ms. Vikki, is FANTASTIC! We have been more than happy with her. She genuinely loves what she does and my daughter adores her.
