The CVS closest to me closed recently so I go to Jim Moore Rd. The gentleman cashier who always checks me out isn't very friendly. Today while checking out, I entered my phone number and told him I wanted to use my rewards plus digital coupons. He checked me out and gave me the total and I ask about my discounts. I told him I wanted to use my coupons and he tried to tell me I did. Well I showed him my coupons on the app and he then subtracted them giving me almost $30.00 off. I didn't like the way he tried to insult my intelligence. The only reason I will continue going here is location.

CVS Pharmacy on Jim Moore Road is incompetent!!! I called in 2 prescriptions before they expired by 2 weeks. I received an email confirming my order and they never filled the order. When I called to talk to them about it, it was after the refill date and they indicated I now have to go back to the doctors to get a refill. When i explained that they needed to fill them as they screwed up, the man on the phone laughed at me. I advised I was going to have to pay for another doctor visit out of pocket due to deductible not being met and he said oh well. I will NEVER go back to CVS every again. This is not the first time they screwed up either.

My daughter was prescribed an anabiotic that is still not been called in. I waited on hold with MinuteClinic for over an hour. They never got on the phone and even talk to the manager at CVS. She said she was going to relay the message. Clearly she did not because I still don’t have the anabiotic for my daughter. What a waste of time and money I will never be back

The pharmacy tech who helped me greeted me pleasantly, and asked if I had any questions about my prescription. I had previously been using the CVS in Auburn, GA for many years, until its closure earlier this month. With the exception of one tech at the Auburn, GA location, who always went above and beyond in her wonderful attitude and helpfulness, I have never had a nicer experience at a CVS location than the one I had yesterday at the Jim Moore Rd. (Dacula, GA) location. I did not catch the tech's name, but he did a great job! If he is not already, he should be put in charge of training new employees on how to treat each and every customer with dignity and respect, which is a trait that is sorely needed in the employees at most of the large corporate pharmacy chains. I look forward to my next visit to the Dacula location!

The pharmacy is usually polite and helpful. But the staff out in the store are useless and unhelpful. One girl was hiding in one of the aisles on facebook whilst there was a long line out front. When we asked her for assistance she just shrugged and went back to scrolling on her phone.

I went I to purchase 3 items. I used the self checkout. I paid then as I was about to walk out the door I looked at my receipt and seen there was an item that I didn’t not purchase. So I turned around went to a man named Samji who worked there. I believe is the manager. He was completely rude and basically was telling me that it’s impossible for an item to be scanned and not there. And putting like I can’t get my money back for it. I told him check your cameras and you’ll see I didn’t not have that item and that it’s not on me. I didn’t leave the store and I didn’t have a purse. He was so rude. A nice young woman who worked there was very understanding of my concern and she helped me. They didn’t find that product that was on my transaction so she had to scan something similar and apply to a cvs store card. That manger or whatever he is shouldn’t allowed to be working there. Thinking it’s okay that I have to pay for something I don’t have. After I told him three time to check the cameras he still refused to do it.
