I would not recommend this bank to anyone for several reasons. The older white lady they have working. The drive through seems to be a little racist and definitely impatient. I'm not sure about the other lady who seems to be Latino, but was completely unprofessional by chewing food while talking to a customer.And I'm not really sure what's going on at this location.But some training definitely needs to be put in place. Any customer would be frustrated after waiting 25 minutes. Because people are not competent enough to give correct information or facts during the beginning of a transaction. Yes after 25mins of wasting my time you ladies really wanted to get an Attitude with me...all because I called you out on the fact that you guys were handling the situation totally unprofessional. It's true even in 2024.You cannot teach common sense.

I only write 5 star reviews when someone goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Morgan at the Dacula branch does just that on a daily basis.
The entire team here is very welcoming and everyone has a smile on their faces no matter the circumstance. I go out of my way to visit this branch. Highly recommended!

On May 31, 2024 I came to this branch to do a withdrawals I went to the drive thru where I had to wait 20 minutes to get my funds. Three different ladies came to the window. It took the third to give me my withdrawal. I asked the Second Lady that came to the window can I speak with the branch manager. The third person that came over was Morgan. I asked her why was no one working in drive thru. She said because it’s not. I told her I bank with another bank and when I go there I never had to wait this long to get a withdrawal. She said So and! I gave her a few choice. I thought that was very rude of her to tell me So and! She said she was going to close my account. I went inside to talk the branch manager about the issue. He said he would take care of the matter. I asked him for the corporate office number to make a complaint. He shook his head no. I said you not going to give me the number. He said no. I told him it’s okay. I will get the number myself. I made a complaint with corporate no one has returned my call. As of today. I closed all my accounts with Chase.

ANTHONY B. is extremely rude, condescending & unprofessional with the customers as well as with the staff. He made me feel uncomfortable & like a burden during my visit to help my grandpa exchange his coins. Rude to the elderly is another level of inhumane. Won’t be back.

Worst staffed bank I’ve ever been to. Was waiting to deposit some money and had to use the restroom. They wouldn’t allow and were very rude. Let me see you hold after having a baby. Next time I will go on the middle of your floor. Clearly this branch has staff issues by the excessive 1 star rating for this specific location and Chase does not care about that either.

Dealing with this bank since my fathers death has been a nightmare. Not only have they forgotten to return calls several times for updates but no one here seems to ever know what they are doing or talking about. Your told one thing by one person then told something else totally incorrect and sent off with wrong information. They have no respect of time. They make appointments then when you show up cancel while your there because the staff who scheduled is unavailable (Kacey & Sandra on two different occasions). The inconvenience of coming back and forth with disablities and no way of transporting yourself is an issue so to waste time and money for nothing is very frustrating.I wanted to open my accounts here but I will just close the few my family has and go elsewhere. Wells Fargo has never treated me this way. They definitely dont bother going above and beyond for their customers. They do the bare minimum and my family has been apart of chase for atleast 15 years. This is why the ratings are so bad customer service is horrible. Spent hours here and still they want us to come back for hours again. Had to run to the car to check on my kids and Purina locked my disabled mother in the branch and said they wouldnt wheel her to the door for me from the banking counter. I asked to come back in and get her and i was denied by Purina. Keep in mind her 30 minute appointment was at 3pm and they kept her there until 6pm. Luckily Angelica was willing to do more than her inconsiderate banker was and volunteered. I will never recommend this treatment to anyone! The back up branch manager Joseph apologized and promised to have the branch manager guve me a call as they witnessed it and didnt approve of the treatment either. I will be contacting cooperate. As Joseph also allowed it as he was present. Pierina Moroccu also came to the banker questioning about if we had been approved and other details when in the end she knew as well as we did she didnt have the power to assist on the area we needed. Which is why we explained we were dealing with The branch manager directly whom they called and after telling us we were incorrect we ended up being fully correct and wasted an hour debating on what services we could get. Throughout this all Angelica worked hard to get this taken care of but its not much she could do.

It makes sense why these reviews are low. They wont even try to resolve your situation so instead they hang up the phone. Terrible customer service !

I visited this Chase location to simply deposit a check and withdraw some of my money. The teller assisting me, Madison was beyond helpful, kind, and took her time to assist me. The check that I wanted to deposit didn’t have a signature line for me to sign on the back and as I was asking her, how I should endorse the check, here comes a branch associate out of nowhere. As I turn my head to see her walking towards the teller assisting me, this lady, Pierina Moroccu is literally staring daggers into my eyes. She walks up to the teller and asks her “what’s going on?” She then proceeds to unnecessarily interject herself and assert what little power she thinks has over the teller and myself. She begins asking me ridiculous questions about myself and what I am in town for. Why not open another desk and assist the clients in the growing line instead of putting me on an inquisition if you’re actually concerned with helping clients??? After finally leaving the branch from what would should have been an easy errand, I would later find out that she put a restriction on my account and flagged my account for no reason. Corporate informed me that the branch placed this hold and they couldn’t give me the reasons why and I was advised to reach out to the same branch. Upon calling the branch, Pierina acted clueless and claimed she did not know what was going on.I’ve been banking with Chase for years and have never had any issues. This hostile and unprofessional individual gets to play manager for a day and then goes about getting customers accounts closed for no reason at all other than because she feels like it and Chase is not required to inform customers as to why. Ridiculous

Terrible experience! This branch used to be staffed with very competent people.That is no longer the case!I called corporate to obtain some information about one of my accounts. They said that I needed to stop by a branch to get the needed information. When I stopped by everyone was very unpleasant and not helpful at all. They just had excuses on why they were not able to help. I called corporate back relayed my concerns and corporate handled everything I needed in less than three minutes. Usually Chase has great locations. That’s not the case with this location. A true disappointment to the JP Morgan Chase name.

Absolutely abhorrent behavior from branch. My son in law died on Oct 7th relatives had sent money to me for funeral and other expenses. Oct 10 I accidentally sent money to my closed chase account because clearly my mind was elsewhere because his body was recovered that day. After a few days I realized it called and spoke to customer service they said the transfer was rejected they do not have my money and there was no proof. 3 calls later I was told I could visit the branch and they will give me a print out showing they rejected the transfer. WNivent in was giving two proofs stating chase rejected it and sent it right back.I spent the next 2 weeks having to argue with venmo that my money was not at chase. Money was still missing I called chase again they now told me $60 was applied to a balance owed and they mailed me my check. I asked are you kidding where did you send it. To an address in a different state over a year ago. Transferred to make a complaint and was hung up on when I asked why they showed proof it was rejected. They had told me go into the bank they can assist me with getting the money same day.Went into the bank on nov 2 I was told there is no manager or banker i could schedule next week I guess that would have to work then she realized there was an opening nov 3 at 1130.Came back to branch early was directed to (im assuming the manager, she never introduced herself). I explained what I was told and how they told me to come in.Immediately she said I dont know why they told you that I can’t help you. Tried to show her the statements. She refused to acknowledge them and said she will have to call to see what she needed to do. She’s on the phone for maybe 2 mins and says they need to speak to me. They ask questions then transfers me where I had to repeat my entire story and hear the same solution. I asked if she could explain that to the manager. However after the manager gave me the phone she left the cubicle and came back at the end of the call. She gets on the phone and is finding out what forms.This is where her attitude and behavior became even more disgusting. She interrupted the call to tell me that no matter the solution I was last MY 30 min time slot that I scheduled and she has no time to help me. I explained I didn’t schedule the appt her branch did and that’s not acceptable my money has been missing for weeks. I came here and was lied to while showing her these papers again. Which then she told me I printed them out myself. She said she had another appt and would not be rude to them for me. Except she did nothing to help, she left me on the phone for a conversation I’ve already had then was kicking me out without doing a thing. She printed out a form told me to find a notary. I asked if anyone there does it. No she’s having a baby.She then told me that she’s sure I would not get approved to open a bank account so there’s nothing she could do and I needed to leave. I again told her no. This isn’t acceptable I have been here 3 times. She said the appt time was already done. Except she left me alone for 30 mins then told me to leave. Find my own notary and wait 10-15 business days for the check.I still have no clue how the branch printed out proof the money was sent back to venmo when actually they had kept some of the money and mailed a check and im being treated like a broke homeless person trying to steal money. Beyond pissed at her disgusting attitude towards me, her leaving for the entire appt then telling me I need to leave she won’t be rude to someone else.Oh but she had ZERO problems being rude to me and didn’t lift a finger to help.If this could give negative stars I would. Do not bank with chase. They have stolen $500 from me that was supposed to be used for a funeral. Given me false documents saying they’ve never had it. Then prejudiced behavior and disgusting attitude towards me while favoring the next appt.

They were very backed up inside. Only 2 tellers inside working at moving the line. I stood waiting over 10-15min. TOO LONG!!
