I’ve been banking with Chase for several years, but the service at this branch has been really disappointing.
When my wife and I went to apply for a car loan, we were told our credit wasn’t good enough, which surprised us, since my credit score is 780 and my wife’s is nearly perfect. We ended up getting approved easily at another bank with no issues.
Recently, my daughter turned 18, and I wanted to open a checking and savings account for her. She already has a high school account under mine. When we walked into the branch, the representative said he had an appointment at 4 p.m. , but it was only 3:30. I explained what we needed, and he immediately said, “You need a high school account.” I told him we already had one, but he seemed annoyed or uninterested, so we left.
We went next door to another bank, and in less than 30 minutes, everything was done, checking, savings, even a credit card application for my daughter. We made a deposit and left completely satisfied.
I’ll be closing all my accounts with Chase. This was a bad experience with poor service, and I honestly don’t understand why younger customers aren’t treated better. Ages 18 to 20 are when people start forming their long-term loyalty to a brand. Unfortunately, Chase just lost a customer for life.

Every time when I walk into this Chase Branch, the Branch Associates always greet me nicely. The Branch Manager, Joseph always helped me with my account information, and he is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the 5 stars level of service provided at this Branch Office. I will definitely refer all my friends to this Chase location. Excellent service for sure!

I’ve been banking with this branch for over a year and by far they are the BEST Chase I’ve ever worked with. Extremely friendly staff-special recognition to Isaac. The branch is clean and professional. I also bank with Wells Fargo across the street and it’s the opposite with them. This Chase branch is fantastic.

April was wonderful. She stepped up and took my appointment when her coworker had an emergency. She helped me open a few accounts. She was very educational and clear on everything. Gave me a great first time experience with Chase Bank! Thank you, April!

Horrible they don’t pick up the phone nor return a call when you leave message even though the voice mail says they will . Made me use my home address on my business account that is ridiculous ! Go to a different bank I
Never received my debit card nor my checks on my business acct and they sat on the money and earned interest for over a month and I could not pay bills or anything g. Very untrained new managers ! And to think you can’t go into the bank and talk to them without an appt. And closed my savings without notification.

Joseph (manager), please consider taking cash deposits. A few months ago I withdrew coin rolls. I came back with the rolls in the same box and wraps only to be turned down.

I been a chase customer for over 20 years and they do not answer the phone and the phone system is set up to end the calls - this is not good customer service and needs to be corrected Chase!

Initially called last night to find out why my son account was closed. The rep advised that we should come to the bank to get the account fixed. Came in to the office to fix the teller had the worst attitude. I also had a check to cash and victor the teller was so rude and disrespectful. The mgr had to intervene to tell him to cash my check. He was almost rude to the mgr. I have never experienced a teller with an attitude of that magnitude. My private account was closed as well but they still could not give me a reason my sons account was closed. No fraud activity nothing. He had maybe two transactions.
