Why do you never pick up your phone? Makes me wonder if you have your phones unplugged as a sign of refusal to provide one of the services, the phone support, that you should be obligated to provide to your clients. What makes your management think they can just refuse to provide certain services to your clients out of whim and laziness is beyond me.

I’ve exchanged money here to euros and the speed was incredible. The tellers I had were amazing, John and another young lady, the professionalism and kindness is refreshing. I would highly recommend this bank for that purpose but overall, they are very kind and accommodating.

Went to this location today. There was the bank teller with one client, two other ladies talking on desk. The manager approached me and asked me what I needed. I needed to open an account then she told me to wait.soon after, one of the ladies from the desk came to me and told me to make an appointment or open the account online.I dont understand why, there was people available for what I saw. But, I better go to an other bank.

This branch is a hot mess. I’ve been with chase for a long time, but the service received here is ridiculous. I needed a medallion signature, the last thing why we need brick and mortar physical banks. This branch wouldn’t provide me with this for reasons they couldn’t establish themselves. Time to move on.

Bad experience. No notary service. Mgr gave a phone number of another location in Flowery Branch Ga. That number is not in service. She didn’t bother to check. Bunch of employees walking around aimlessly. Bank is empty.

Dont try calling. They dont pick up the phone. Called every 30 minutes for a couple hours during open hours and they did not pick up the phone during all that time.

Wow I should have read reviews before coming. Banks empty but I needed to make appointment. I would have called but they don’t answer the phones.At this rate I’d rather go to another bank.
