This is the worst bank, do not bank here! The customer service is horrible and they are racist. The financial manager is even worse. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. It ends today, I'm pulling my money this week and going to Chase! You are not even properly greeted here. I had to speak first. Don't waste your time or money. My husband is also pulling his money. You won't get anymore monthly fees from this family!

What a joke of an Bank. They should have seats for you to sit in while waiting in the line. it's always this bad everytime I come in here. It would be beneficial to drive out of your way and go to another Bank Of America. Other branches are no where near this bad.

I've changed my star rating from one to three based on my visit to this location yesterday. Very friendly and quick service in person which I appreciated. I also appreciate the quick response from BOA to my review. The only comment I would make about calling the 1-800 BOA line is the automated system asks you questions about your account number and gives you unneeded balance info which wastes time. There is no general question number to use which takes extra time so you have to wait and wait for someone to pick up the phone. I think they need a general question number available either at the specific location or on the 1-800 number.Prior rating: NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE! Called several times during normal banking hours. I had a very simple question that could not be answered looking on the website. And, you cannot leave a message for a call back nor can you wait on hold. Unacceptable. I even tried calling the Winder location and experienced the same thing. I guess the employees are told to ignore the incoming calls. I finally ended up calling the 1-800 Bank of America number and was on hold for 9 minutes before someone came on. And the automated service automatically rattles off all this info about my account balance, etc. when you call which I could get online but just wastes the customer's time.

Waited 20 minutes (i was third in line) to cash a $35 refund check from the bank...and they charged me an $8 processing fee.They literally charged me for their error.I hope this bank fails.Worst bank in America.

Lied to me about my transaction than put an extra hold on my large check for no apparent reason a few hours after i left. Seems like either they just wanted to hold onto my money for a while or they were assuming my check wouldn't go through because they don't like how I look. Oops that check actually belonged to my elderly father and he's now in the hospital because one of the things that check was supposed to cover was meds. Congrats b of a, your customer service is so bad it put an old man in the hospital. One big hint for next time- when a prominent financial company endorsed the check with a retirement fund clearly labeled on it, it's probably for a retired person who needs it. If the person bringing that check in is the namesake of the person named on the check and had a power of attorney in hand that's not sketchy, that's business as usual for someone trying to help a loved one without pay. I hope someone treats you the way you treated me some day. The female manager refused to even make eye contact with me and ignored me saying goodbye when she was just standing there doing nothing and I walked right next to her leaving. Absolutely the most god awful customer service ever and it's clear it starts with bad management. Never doing business at this bank again. A ghetto McDonald's would have been ashamed of this banks service.

I’ve been customer for 8 years and they don’t let me change one check because I have temporary Id. Customer service is poor and disrespectful. I’m gonna close my business and personal account. This people don’t have good customer service.

Went to make a deposit at this branch and I didn't have address filled out on deposit slips and bc of this they didn't want to make the deposit for me and I am depositing multiple checks for my coworkers whom are in Tennessee and need to get paid today . So they denied my deposit bc they were to lazy to fill out the address for me. I even over heard the manager say they weren't going to do bc it was so close to being closed that it would take to much time . It was almost like bc she was a manager she had a very pious under meaning attitude like just bc she was a bank manager it makes her a better person than me.

I hate this bank with a passion. I would never open an account with Bank of America. This branch opens late and closes early, and it doesn’t matter how long the line is there’s always just one teller working. It’s just ridiculous

Would not notarize my waiver for probate of my father’s will even though I have multiple accounts. The notary said the bank will not let her because too many wills go to court. But that’s what notaries do

Bank of America is making people wait outside in 38 degree weather to do a simple deposit. No drive through, no night drop. I couldn’t use the atm. Worst business service I’ve ever seen. Just close already because you obviously don’t want business.
