He charged me a price I couldn’t say no too and promised me my car would be safe with him. “Went for oil change--All was good, until after I was upsold on the car wash, only realizing after tipping and pulling off... dashboard still dusty (I have to go clean it) seats still contain crumbs... ? I came today for the first time to have my emissions done because the place I normally go to no longer does emissions and the second place I went to had a sign in the front that said they were out to lunch (mind you, it was around 3:30). “Nancy is the best one here. She's the Hispanic female manager at this site and she's always doing a fantastic job. Only thing I would complain about are the other managers here that lounge around inside while she's outside making sure vacuums are unclogged and always helping out other customers. I've walked in and see one of the managers playing a video game while they could be helping out. I recommend this place to most of my friends, colleagues and family because I know Nancy will take good care of them. I hope her work ethic gets noticied as it's tough to find someone so passionate about what they do and always has a smile on their face.”

“I received a free wash coupon in mail. Which, I thought was a nice touch to bring customers. Anyway, I pass Tommy's all the time so I and my son decided to take car in for a much needed wash. I was very nervous because you have to put up our car in natural once you drive up to begin the wash. I can truly say I was a little scared because I am not use to letting go of the wheel. Furthermore, the wash was excellent and the drying process. I also appreciated how the vacuum are set up. If you have someone with you the other can vacuum the other side. Which , saves time.
