DO NOT go here if you need a battery replaced!!!!! Zach, the “store manager” left a new associate, who had never changed a battery, to replace mine. She was having a hard time tightening the bolts after putting in the new battery and he would not come help her. Other customers were assisting us - Thank God for good samaritans! My car cranked up, but then somehow partially shut off. I asked Zach to PLEASE take a look at it and make sure everything was done correctly, which he did not. And when I mentioned that he shouldn’t leave new people to install batteries without helping them, he became defensive and said, “well she took the online course.” This has been some of the WORST customer no service I have ever received. This company seriously needs to consider the quality of those they put in management. I will never shop here again.

Sean Dixon was very professional and friendly - provided a battery test and then recommended replacement batteries which he installed to get me back on the road. Would come here again.

Went last Saturday, my truck needed a battery. Mr. Jermaine was incredible! He found the correct battery and even while training a new employee, removed the old battery and replaced it with the new one. This was a complicated task that we had to You Tube to figure out, it took about an hour and 15 minutes but Mr. Jermaine persevered and insisting on getting the job done - in 95 degree weather! If every Advance Auto had a Mr. Jermaine, every other auto parts store would got out of business. Thank you Advance Auto and Mr. Jermaine!!!

Came here couple mins Ago wanted to exchange my battery and neither of them couldn’t male said his arm was hurting and the female sounded like she didn’t want to do it. Hire people next time who WORK and not make excuses ??♂️

Staff is great! Went in with a 23 year old truck that needed wiper blades. Turned out it needed wiper arms and blades. They put everything on for us, tested it and stayed with it until it was perfect. Love that place.

the worst experience ever!!! My car needed battery and they told me it was an alternator. The first staff member didn't know how to properly use the machine to check the battery and alternator. The second guy used the same machine and said it was my battery. My battery completely died while I was there once I turned the car off and I was waiting outside for over a hour as they helped other customers who came after me. Then after waiting over an hour a staff member came and informed me they didn't want to sell me a battery because his boss "think" it's the alternator. very unprofessional, very rude. Finally sold me a battery and once installed just walked off no thank you for being patient or i'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will never return to advanced auto part again.

Jhordan needs some lessons on how to deal with customers. Rude and stuck on himself, pretty much told me to shut up (told him something) while he was trying to match a price and he told me, do you mind, I'm reading over here. The nerve of these youngsters these days.Then I showed him the price I paid at Amazon and he said that he needed to verify for honesty. Keep in mind what I bought at Amazon was $21.32 and they had it for $29. Like I had nothing to do with my time by driving to the store, he has to make sure I'm been honest. Exactly why I don't go to stores anymore and buy everything at Amazon!
