Be carful of any ammunition you perches here! I picked up a box from the 9mm slot and when I got home opened it ,I realized it wasn't 9mm. So I called the store to see if I could get the right ammo, they said no it was against the law. Sorry but their is no law against returning ammunition. Before you quote something know you fax about the laws.

There's a simple reason why I choose to buy all my hardware materials at my local Dacula Handy Ace Hardware store, rather than at the national "big boys": Good old-fashioned "SERVICE"!
It begins with a warm greeting from the Counter Associate the moment you step in the store, followed by "How can I help you today?" The immediate response is: "That'll be in Aisle XYZ. I'll have someone meet you there." (Knowing the exact Aisle, every time, never fails to impress me.) And sure enough, there stands Justin (a real Ace Associate) waiting for me in Aisle XYZ.
I rest my case!

I find it irritating that anything bought at another ace cannot be returned here because supposedly they have different inventory because it's individually owned

100% satisfied with the product that I bought I used curb pickup the lady that brought it out to me said they did not have electric handicap cart so if they had them I might go in and do some shopping

I have been going to this store for 5 years. Yesterday I got into a traffic incident with an employee. And went inside to talk to the manager since this employee only knows curse words. This lunatic walked up on me aggressively and angrily saying he was the manager. It was the bad driving employee from outside. Lately the newer employees are not up to par. One employee kept putting his fingers in his mouth and scratching himself while helping me. Will never use this store again. Quality has really went down. Who treats a customer who is also a disabled veteran like that. Highly suggest using a different store they don't care about their loyal customers.
