Romel C. doesn't want to do his job. Said that service could only be started and not canceled at the store location. Also said that he couldn't take a payment on the account. Was able to return the equipment, that was all. I had went there to close a business account, will have to wait until Monday and call customer service.

I can’t believe this store has anything less than 5 stars! I have visited this location about 4-5 times in the last year and have received nothing but superb service each visit. Every person in this store is an absolute professional and I can’t believe the patience they show to every customer, despite how busy the store is. I have most recently been helped by Jason the past few visits and he has helped me overcome many difficulties with Xfiniti customer service on the corporate side. It’s obvious he actually cares about the customer and the customer experience. The owner of this location should feel honored/thankful to have people working for him like Jason and his team members. I own a local HVAC business and I would be lucky to have people representing my business the way every team member here does. Thanks guys!

My wife, daughter and I went to this store to purchase 3 new iPhones. I was dreading this and expecting the worst experience. However, Alvin Erves delivered one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! He got us a great deal, saving me $1,000 on the phones. And he worked patiently for over 2 hours to make the switch to new phones seamless. Yes, it took a long time, but it was worth it. When I called him a couple of times after the purchase to ask him questions, he always answered his phone. Great job, Al!

The first time I went to this store the person who seemed to be the manager called me up and then spent the next 3 minutes playing on their phone.The second time I went in, I had handled everything online or via telephone call and all I had to do was pick up a modem. The gentleman says is this the price you'd like to pay per month, we can get it cheaper. Intrigued I ask more questions feeling like I've spent 4 hours on calls over the last 4 weeks to be overcharged. Long story short he was trying to sell me a cell phone plan. Cryptic and in my opinion a deceitful attempt to sell me something more.Do not recommend unless you absolutely have to!!!!

Just a word of advice. Don’t accept appointments if you have no intent on honoring them. It’s just a bad experience for everyone if you allow people make appointments and then you get to the store and have to wait in the regular line.

This store specifically is fantastic. Things can go a little slow sometimes, but the people who work here are nice and awesome. I would love to give them a full 5 stars. However, the xfinity customer service number is terrible, and I was told by a store representative to call the call center to escalate an issue, and the call center said it wasn't their problem, they weren't going to fix it, only the store could do that. Which is incredibly unhelpful.

I received a defective router. Was told to return it. Waited an hour went to the counter and was told we don't have a replacement on stock. Went back home had to reinstall the old router. Now being told bring in old router and we will give you a new router. What if that doesn't work? What a mess. Spent 4 hrs between tech and running to the Market Place Store. On top of all this they were trying to get me to upgrade! Unbelievable.

Not specifically about the local store but customer service online is a nightmare. Buyer beware! They’re great at selling services but once the sale is made, it’s impossible to get assistance. They agreed to a refund of services due to the lack of follow through on their part and I’ve yet to receive it.

I got nowhere when trying to discuss my bill beginning the sencond year with the service. It was nearly triple what I was paying, and when I tried to get answers, all I got was computer generated questions. No live help!!!

Friendly and talented staffs. Meeka and Logan (hope I am right) took care of my cell phone needs. Excellent customer care, the moment I entered the gentleman greeted me, offered me to take a seat and within 10 mins Meeka and Logan took care of my needs. Great experience. Proud and Happy to be with xfinity for more than 8 years.

Its extremely inappropriate for the male Xfinity associate to tell us to stay away from the door and try not to go back outside to my car ( where my elderly mother was waiting patiently in my running car for us to finish inside your store ) because of a traffic counter which I know is “Conversion”. My husband left the store twice to check on her and when entering back in, he was told this. ..Seriously ? I run multiple retail stores myself and we have Conversion counters, but this is simply tacky to even ask a customer to do that or even share that retail information to someone who's spending money with you and doing three lines. My suggestion is a discussion on retail customer couth is needed for your manager and or floor associates. His comment completely changed my mood for the rest of my interaction.

Management is horrible. Employees if you do not buy extra services they will quickly turn on you and not at all. Came in the day before to pick up modem and schedule a tech. Because I have an inactive port in my home I have to schedule a tech but still wouldn’t allow me to pick it up. Called xfinity and they won’t schedule one until I pick up a modem. So I’m just cancelling my internet service all together because the unprofessionalism that is shown by these irrational and selfish people. Worst experience I have ever had and they are not in the business of keeping employees.

Busy location because they are helpful and get things done. After 3 unsuccessful service from customer service, I came to store. Meeks Took ownership of problem and while helping other customers in store she was on phone with customer service to help me. It was simple task of cancellation of one existing line and get a new on new phone with new number. Thanks to Meeka
