Romel C. doesn't want to do his job. Said that service could only be started and not canceled at the store location. Also said that he couldn't take a payment on the account. Was able to return the equipment, that was all. I had went there to close a business account, will have to wait until Monday and call customer service.

Experience at the store was Amazing.B with Store manager is super awesome and has the best customer service.

Just a word of advice. Don’t accept appointments if you have no intent on honoring them. It’s just a bad experience for everyone if you allow people make appointments and then you get to the store and have to wait in the regular line.
