“This was my first visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The young ladies were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions with patience. Even when they had to decline certain items, they did so with the utmost professionalism and respect. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish!”

“I found this store to be so much more pleasant and interesting than Plato’s and other “consignment” shops.I’m not sure if it’s a company thing at all locations or just this particular one.But my reasons as to why is THE INVENTORY. Its much better quality in terms of condition. Maybe a couple items I found to be too worn for my liking. But the styles are way more “on trend” and higher quality than their sister-store “Plato’s”No, I’m not 17… I am 35. So that being said I personally do NOT think Style Encore is for older people, while Plato’s is “cooler” for younger people. Style Encore is better for 15+ and 45+ OVERALL.I think if I was a mom I’d take KIDS to Plato’s - since they’re still growing so much or if they insist.I really do think Style Encore is overall better for teens and adults alike.And I grew up in NYC/NJ so I’ve been buying high end and thrifting my whole life from quality selections.I think Plato’s may have way more inventory for boys/men in general. Style Encore had a smaller men’s section - but I’d DEF was nicer.AND The prices are very reasonable!!You won’t find tons of worn tshirts, forever 21, and rinky target shoes there.Gucci, Tory Burch, and tons of other beautiful REAL leather bags…MUCH CLEANER, nicer respectful staff… and way more enjoyable to resell there. I feel like they actually have an eye for buying nice pieces.This is just my OPINION - but I definitely feel it should be shared. I had no idea this place existed!I put 4 stars because I have only been there once.”

“I have been very pleased with his Plato’s Closet location as both a Customer and Seller of Men’s Athletic Shoes.
I have enjoyed being a customer and getting great values and quality of clothing items, but have had negative experiences on selling high quality clothing items with very bad, almost insulting insulting offer prices. I recommend anyone selling items to do research of internet sources such as eBay completed items, Poshmark and Stockx (new items only), so you don’t cheat yourself on accepting a bad offer. Do your research first, then sell, unless you are someone cleaning out a closet or an attic and not worth your time to do the research.
Despite this adverse situation here, I have had such great experiences in other areas I still give a solid 5 star rating.
The stores has a great owner and in management in Ava, and I have received very fair and intelligent offers from Ava and various other experienced employees. Also, they have other great store personnel very customer focused and helpful when you need assistance as a customer.
First, as a shopper they have tremendous inventory and variety in Men’s Athletic shoes and some limited casual styles. You can find upper dollar range end “hype” shoes and other popular styles at a very good discount price. They also have a wide variety of clothing and caps, all at very great prices compared to their new retail price. They stock items in very good to excellent condition and quality as a main concern.
Second, in my relationship as a seller, I am now selling exclusively Mens Athletic shoe items (never any clothing items) and with great results, selling a number of items and not accepting offers on items that don’t meet my sale price objective. I never take personal an offer I reject, or an item they decide not to buy, as it may not be right for their shopper or based upon existing inventory of a similar item. No one should go in with an entitlement mentality that every item you present should be purchased from you, as they do incur the risk of whether the item will sell in their store.
In summary, this is a great store to buy and sell and far superior to another type of store located in close proximity to Plato’s that is an extremely poor experience to sell Men’s clothing and Athletic shoes.”

“I went to this store for the first time and the owners Anand and Vijaya very nice people, best customer service so far in an Indian market in Georgia. They take their time , no rush whatsoever. Thank you Anand and Vijaya for making us feeling special. I bought linen/kadhi shirts for my husband, they have very good variety of collection. I am really picky, but Sydney still helped me with everything even when zippers got stuck or we didn't have the right size or color. Sydney and the rest of the staff are so sweet and Flirt is the best place to go if you are looking for a prom dress. They also have a huge variety of styles, so everyone can find a dress.”

I spoke to customer service and got nothing but attitude and he kept telling me to go to the store I bought the card from.
