“I found this store to be so much more pleasant and interesting than Plato’s and other “consignment” shops.I’m not sure if it’s a company thing at all locations or just this particular one.But my reasons as to why is THE INVENTORY. Its much better quality in terms of condition. Maybe a couple items I found to be too worn for my liking. But the styles are way more “on trend” and higher quality than their sister-store “Plato’s”No, I’m not 17… I am 35. So that being said I personally do NOT think Style Encore is for older people, while Plato’s is “cooler” for younger people. Style Encore is better for 15+ and 45+ OVERALL.I think if I was a mom I’d take KIDS to Plato’s - since they’re still growing so much or if they insist.I really do think Style Encore is overall better for teens and adults alike.And I grew up in NYC/NJ so I’ve been buying high end and thrifting my whole life from quality selections.I think Plato’s may have way more inventory for boys/men in general. Style Encore had a smaller men’s section - but I’d DEF was nicer.AND The prices are very reasonable!!You won’t find tons of worn tshirts, forever 21, and rinky target shoes there.Gucci, Tory Burch, and tons of other beautiful REAL leather bags…MUCH CLEANER, nicer respectful staff… and way more enjoyable to resell there. I feel like they actually have an eye for buying nice pieces.This is just my OPINION - but I definitely feel it should be shared. I had no idea this place existed!I put 4 stars because I have only been there once.”
“I am so pleased with this store. Misty worked tirelessly to find the right fit and size for me. She spent a great deal of time and never lost patience. Her personality is bright, cheerful and she makes you feel like you are the only one in the store. I can’t say enough good things about Misty. She is probably the best of anyone who has ever helped me in any store. Misty deserves a big time raise!!!”
“I started prom dress shopping early this year so I could find the dress I loved! I am really picky, but Sydney still helped me with everything even when zippers got stuck or we didn't have the right size or color. Sydney and the rest of the staff are so sweet and Flirt is the best place to go if you are looking for a prom dress. They also have a huge variety of styles, so everyone can find a dress.”

“I definitely prefer this location over the Alpharetta location. Sales associates are friendly and the store is clean and organized. Good clothes for casual wear and/or business. There's is always a sale so make sure you get your discount! I'm not a huge fan of the Collection at Forsyth but this Loft is the exception!”
“This store is the most accomodating shopping experience I've ever had. Melissa was the manager assisting me. She was so helpful and sweet. Being a larger size, I never like the way things fit. But she took the time to show me ways to make outfits look more flattering for my body type. I felt so much better about my look after her suggestions.”
“Got a gift card for Christmas, lost the card and the manager helped me get it replaced the customer service. I spoke to customer service and got nothing but attitude and he kept telling me to go to the store I bought the card from. Well he was wrong, the manager ended up contacting someone in customer service that helped us out. Next time I will be more careful with my gift cards. Overall, excellent service and friendly staff.”
