This is the worst storage facility in the area. Definitely avoid this one and go elsewhere. Their security gates have been wide open 24/7 for over a year inviting anyone to come in and take what they want. My cargo trailer was stolen from this location due to their complete lack of security. After it was stolen, I left many messages trying to get more info for the police report…not a single message was ever returned. Listen carefully to the other reviewers, they are all spot on!

No staff in months at office! CLAIM BECAUSE OF CORVID.VIRUS!FACILITY DIRTY, MGRS SELDOM REACH OUT AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE OR JUST TO LAZY TO TRAVEL OUT THEIR TO SEE. OFFICE LIGHT OPEN SIGN ON 24/7. BUT NO ONE EVER THEIR. CALLING A HASSLE.. WANTED TO RENT SPACES AVAILABLE OPEN UNITS. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS NOR ANSWERS YOUR RESERVATION! Uhaul getting to be a joke. FORGET IT!

Worst, most appalling storage facility in the metro area. Impossible to actually speak with management. My trailer was totalled in their lot and I no longer store anything there, but they keep trying to charge me. Don't even think about doing business with these people.
