DON'T CARE MUCH FOR THE LACK CONCERN OF TIME IT TAKES INSIDE THE BRANCH (NO CHANGE OF PACE TO GET PEOPLE ON THEIR WAY) BUT WOULDN'T HAVE TO GO IN IF THE ATM WOULD WORK. NEVER NEVER NEVER IS THE ATM MACHINE WORKING. WILL NEVER LET YOU MAKE CASH DEPOSITS OR WITHDRAWALS. POINTLESS ATM THEY MIGHT AS WELL REMOVE THE MACHINE

Would not cash a check for me and I have an account with them because of a signature didn't look exactly like previously done. This is my last straw with Wells Fargo I'll be switching to regions not everyone does their signature the same every time

Only one teller working with a customer on a 10+ minute transaction while 3 people wait in line. Meanwhile, 3 other employees are chatting it up with each other instead of opening another teller. No consideration for people's time. Absolutely unacceptable.
