I have been with Wells Fargo since 2007. I never experienced the worst service like this. We have been waiting in lobby for service for hours nobody has concern. It’s been like that since multiple times with all others who waiting for services.

Went in to open a new account. Kyle helped me. He was promt, seeing me at my scheduled appointment time. He explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with.

ATM has no cash at 12:43 on a Tuesday morning. No teller windows open. Have to navigate one way roads to other ATM hoping to get cash there.
