You should have a employee with a key to the cabinets all the way until closing time. I had to walk out tonight leaving my items because the person with the keys left at 10. This is the second time this has happened. First time the item I needed was on clearance and I was told to come back in the morning. You are making it very hard for people to be able to get the items they need at their available convenience otherwise bring back cashier's instead of people standing around on their phones. My understanding is the night crew obviously has keys in order to stock product and as a previous Walmart employee time starts at 10 to begin stocking so maybe allow them to help. I won't be back.

This location has the worst customer service. Manager Carlos and Valentina need some training on how to speak with and deal with customers. Carlos was so rude during a simple interaction asking for help.

Ive been coming to this location for years now, and today i was assisted by Yael. And i must say he is the best employee at the store, he is fast, polite, and handsome. He answered every question i had in a respectful manner while also being a comedian. His mother definitely raised him right!!

This is my neighborhood Walmart in which I spend over $700 a month. I purchased a paint sprayer that I realized I didn’t need so I decided to return the product unopened or used and was told I would have to travel to a different Walmart to return it because the store manager has decided not to accept any returns totaling over $25 without a receipt. I couldn’t use my debit card to do the return because I had just been issued aNew card and number due to my account being hacked on another website. Then the representative at customer service said “next” as in I can’t help you. Does each individual Walmart have the discretion to adjust and change the return policy at will. Nothing is posted stating this change and my receipt certainly doesn’t say this is the policy so how is it the SM can just make up policies?? Why should I have to travel to another Walmart? What happen to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) or aren’t there any with Walmart. I have never posted a review but I felt others should know that this is how business at this Walmart is being run.

Walmart carries a wide variety of goods at decent prices. Parking can be a little challenging.

Typical Walmart experience. My visits were for buying a few items identified already. I use the app to check the aisles, map, and walk straight to that aisle. I read a few negative reviews (respecting their views, adding my 2 cents) about locked aisles - may be those are IT, Phone etc equipment areas. I did not see any locks on normal items that you would see in any Walmart.Billing counters are OK. The Walmart plus lane was closed on my 2 visits.Lots of Parking. Ideal location. Enjoy your shopping.

Everything is locked up and there are no associates to help you unlock the cases. I’ll just start shopping at the Target that’s located in the next strip mall.

If you have ever shopped here, it’s pretty obvious that this is the nicest Walmart maybe in America and they’ve done a good job of keeping it that way since it opened. Great job.

I think when everything is in security cages, it sends the wrong message. This will not stop a thief from stealing. A thief will ask an employee for it and walk out the store with it. It will stop from buying as now I have to find an associate to get it for me, which is a hassle and not worth it.

This place is a joke. Everything locked up. People waiting all over the isles, to get everyday cheap items unlocked.Batteries stocked on shelves at $8.99 rang up $14.99 at checkout. We called an attendant over she said “oh those batteries are all mixed up. We just put them wherever they fit.”We had only 6 items and it was showing something wasn’t scanned. We had to wait again for her to go over and over the ticket at the register where it plainly showed 6 freaking items scanned. It recorded on camera every item as we scanned. How smart does one need to be to count to 6??? How smart does one need to be watching the freaking recording 4 times??? What a nightmare of a shopping trip.Seriously, I do not like being treated like a criminal for just walking into a Walmart. The one STAR is for us, the customers forced to use self cashier, doing the job correctly and maintaining composure because I seriously wanted to scream.
