This store was very clean.The staff was very friendly and very helpful.Absolutly love the tall older gentleman (door greeter). He was so helpful and seemed eager and happy to help. Just a sweet caring man. Also, the pharmacy team is wonderful, happy to help and always smiling. Love, love, love this Walmart! 😊

I accidentally left this card holder at checkout in Walmart Brown's Bridge in Cumming. Thank you, thank you...that your policy for employees is to turn over whatever they find to customer care in Walmart so that the owner can recover
their belongings no matter what they are.

Walmart at Brown's Bridge Rd, exit 18. You lost a $200 sale this morning. I waited at Customer Service, intending to use their Money Services. No one was manning the counter/registers. FIVE Walmart Associates passed by me, at different intervals. Not ONE asked if I had been helped or needed help. No one bothered to page an associate to come to Customer Service. I've been in the retail/sales business most of my life and I have never and would never walk past a customer who was obviously waiting for assistance and not offer to call someone to assist them.

I had a wonderful experience in Walmart this afternoon.The greeter at the entrance was very friendly and welcoming.The store was very clean.All the items that I shopped for were in stock.When I used self checkout,one of my items wouldn't scan.As I looked around for an assistant,one came to me within seconds to help me.This Walmart gets an A+!

Chase who checked me out was amazing. They need to give that young man a raise. It was so refreshing to see such a polite employee. Kudos to his parents for raising such a good young adult.
