I didn't know that even though the store sign says they are open until 11 PM, they do not have "anyone with keys to open display cases." Not even at 10 o'clock? But I was educated on that and told no one has keys? I walked around the store to no avail. Well, at least I got some exercise. mediocre service and average price on ink cartridges. But I guess that is why online retailers are doing so well?

Terrible service, I called and waited 20 minutes to speak to someone and they didn't answer the phone. Just hung up on me.

I have been to this Walmart twice already - once before closing on the 1st and once last month in the afternoon. Both experiences I've had here were excellent. I mean, if you compare this Walmart to the ones in Norcross or Duluth, they are like night and day. There is no fighting to find a parking space here while trying to avoid running over millions of pedestrians, no lines at all at checkout, virtually nobody crowding the aisles, the aisles were all well-stocked (including the chip aisle, which is rare at most Walmarts), carts are not flooding the parking lot, restrooms are clean. It's like you're shopping at Publix or something - the experience is actually quiet and pleasant, and you don't feel like you're fighting the masses like at most metro Walmarts. I need to come to this location more often, even though it's out of my way. I'm not sure what it is (well, I kind of do lol), but it seems like as soon as you hit Emory Johns Creek and just keep going North, most grocery and department stores are just dead 9/10 times and I love that! It's a nice break from the near Perimeter chaos. I highly recommend this Walmart if you are in the area and need something.

Tried to return two items at this location after confirming they were still open on Christmas Eve. When I arrived, Customer Service was dark. The first employee I asked, reluctantly stopped when I flagged him down. He told me they were on "lunch break". When I asked when they were coming back, he said they weren't because they had left for the day. Then he walked away without anything else said. So I asked a cashier if I could return at her register since the return desk was closed early. She laughed at me, said I could only do returns at Customer Service and they were gone. She laughed again and turned her back on me. Walmart can go broke like Kmart. I will do my best to avoid this poorly run corporation from now on.

How does a Walmart store go from first to worst in a period of a few months? Ineffectual management and lackadaisical employees, that's how. I have had problems at this Walmart store over the past several months. I wrote management about my disappointing experiences at their store, but never received a response. Today's fiasco was the final straw. I will ignore mentioning the details about the two items that have been out of stock at this Walmart store for many weeks and get to the crux of the matter. To start, I needed to scan the prices of a few items with my smartphone's Walmart app because the prices weren't clear from the shelf displays. The Walmart application failed to come up with the store prices for any of the items I scanned. One of the items was marked on the self with a price of about $10.97. When I got to the register, the item scanned at over $18.00. The self-checkout attendant didn't offer to check the price. She just asked me if I wanted to purchase the item or if she should void the item. I had the employee void the item. The next problem occurred when I attempted to scan my $5.00 gift card. The card would not scan. The self-checkout attendant could not get the gift card to scan using the self-checkout register. She attempted to say something to me, but it was difficult to understand her broken English. Compounding the problem, she was one of the few people in the store that had a mask on. Eventually, I was able to comprehend her instructions to take my items and follow her to a regular checkout register. After a few failed attempts by the Walmart employee to scan the gift card, a supervisor was required to process the card. It was time to pay, and I inserted my credit card. The terminal rejected my credit card. I inserted the credit card two more times, but the same result occurred. I tried sliding the card, but the card would not process. I had used my credit card the day prior, so I was very suspicious of a malfunctioning credit card. I ended up using cash even though I preferred to use my card. On the way home, I stopped at a local grocery store. I used my credit card to pay. The store's self-checkout terminal processed the credit card with ease. I can only conclude that the problem was with the Walmart credit card terminal. When I arrived home, I intended to get on the Walmart survey website and make someone aware of my horrid experience. I carefully entered the identification number on the receipt and the store number. The website indicated an error. I checked the receipt information three or four times. The Walmart survey website would not permit me to take the survey. Unless my wife uses force or another sinister form of extortion to get me to do so, I plan never to set foot in that detestable Walmart store again. It is an awful place to shop.

I went to Walmart today. I had scanned my items in self-service, but my transaction was stuck and there was no one to help. One associate (Hina) with a hand machine, was gossiping with 2-3 cashiers, so I called her for help. She said she will come but didn't. I moved to a different counter as I was getting late. But my transaction was stuck there too. After 2-3 mins, when Hina came, I explained to her politely, but she said rudely that I was 'waiting here also'. When leaving, I heard her saying 'customer has no patience'. Is this the behavior Walmart is proud of? Did Hina do this because I am Asian or she would have done to any customer? People have many reasons to hurry, like kid is hungry, or dog alone in car, or simply need to reach somewhere in time for a meeting. Will manager (Steven) find this behavior acceptable if he went to any store as a customer? By the way, I am a US Citizen, working in IT and I very well know the meaning of Customer service. Please check camera.

There is a lady in customer service who always pretends like she is going to help but she takes back nothing. She pretends to type in info .. I watched her the screen is blank. This is the third time she pulled the same thing. It's just a waste of time

Please look at the photo I attached. I was having a boring and kind of bad day until I saw this. I laughed so hard and sent it to all my friends. This is just amazing. I have seen Duluth-opoly but Cumming-opoly is so much funnier. Will be returning to this Walmart!

My very first Walmart bad experience at this Walmart. Item was $100 was purchased only a few days never open and the Indian lady that worked at customer service refuse to take my return and was very rude pushing my items to the side and call the next person. She stated items that are $29 or more she can't take the return due to no manager. I walked out and saw the manager stood in front of the door. How can this last just lied....

Yuck I would go out of my way to never come back to this nasty a** store again. First of all I had to wait 15 minutes for the bathrooms to get cleaned as I'm standing in the hallway about to Pee my pants I'm peering in and there's some dude in the women's bathroom just standing there on his phone as if he has no care in the world just taking a break in the bathroom meanwhile I'm about to pee all over the floor. I decided it was a lost cause and I'll just go get my blanket and leave. Grabbed my blanket went to the long a** line waited they are only to find out there's no barcode on the blanket so the woman tells me I need to get out of line and go check out with a cashier. Wait in an even longer line and then get up there and tell them there's no barcode and the ride girl is like oh no and then pulls out her phone ignores me for 10 minutes and then tells me there's nothing she can do she's calling her manager over.. so we wait five more minutes and then she tells me to move along so that other people can check out. So then I go back to the self check out and FINALLY someone helps me. Pretty sure I got the blanket for $10 off because nobody there knows what the f*** they're doing. I was there trying to buy the blanket for 25 minutes and the manager never once even came over and she was called three times. What should've been a simple 10 minute trip turned into an hour and a half and I didn't even get to go to the bathroom! F*** that. I'm going to target next time.

Really no stars. Before and after the pandemic. So many registers and not enough cashiers. Used to go to Walmart frequently for years but no longer. Started going once or twice a year, will never shop there again at any location. Big as Walmart is they don't have the tap pay system and that's not acceptable. Target does and the service is better there. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and anywhere but Walmart going foward

Terrible store service. Called 5 times and pressed to speak to a store associate. eaxh time it rang for a total of 5 minutes them someone picked up and disconnected without saying anything. Pay the American worker more money since you don't have to pay to keep your normal staff employed! Stop buying s*** from China too. It's all s*** and breaks by the time you first use the s****

I came here on a Tuesday morning around 8AM and no one was there. I mean... workers were, but I think I saw a total of three other customers shopping at the same time as me! So if you're wanting to avoid the crowds, this is the time to go! I was able to find what I needed and checkout quickly. Speaking of checkouts, everything is self checkout here! So if you have a large order be prepared to spend some time scanning and bagging yourself.
