Do NOT go to this Walmart or WORK at this Walmart!!! They don't care about you!!! Honestly, my little sister couldn't stop stressing out cause they didn't accept her vacation. She got 3 points for not showing up on Christmas Eve. 3?????? I want my little sister to have a break and spend time with her family! And it's not just my sister who's going through this. It's everyone else who's working there!!! It's not fair for them. Some of them are just kids too. So selfish. Horrible coach's . Horrible teamleads. Horrible store! Shame on opd!

I wouldn't shop this Walmart, I changed stores and didn't realize it was changed back for delivery from this location. This is my 3rd time in 4 days my order for delivery has been delayed, cancelled the first 2 orders because they couldn't give a time it would be delivered, letting tomorrows ride but unfortunately can not make any changes to order even though it is 24 hrs before delivery...oh and yes I did pay for Walmart+, not much of a plus right now!

The worst customer service i have ever seen, store is organize and clean most of the time but short staff and rude to customers, i rather to drive and go somewhere else or target but not coming back.

I was shopping for a 75 inch TV on Monday, 6/5/23 & went to Best Buy. Nobody seemed to be interested in selling anything, so I found someone & asked for help. That person said to give him my name, & he'd see if someone might be able to help me in 10-15 minutes. I looked around the huge store & could see maybe 4 or 5 employees anywhere in the store. I said, "Okay, I'm headed for Walmart. I went to the Supercenter in Cumming. Daniel helped me, was extremely knowledgeable, helped me select the best one for my needs, & helped me load it onto my trailer. I complimented him on his knowledge & told him I was going to share my compliments with Walmart management. I called personnel & spoke to Martha. She laughed & said they don't often get compliments, but plenty of the opposite of compliments. She knew Daniel & agreed with my comments. She said she would tell his immediate supervisor & the store manager also. I don't know that I've ever called a store to compliment an employee, but Daniel's conduct inspired me to invest the time & energy this time. If you need to buy any electronics, go to Walmart Supercenter in Cumming & see Daniel. He knows his stuff. And, don't go to the Best Buy in Cumming, or you'll waste time & leave frustrated.

I try to avoid this Walmart as much as possible. It's mass chaos and there is rubbish everywhere .., in the parking lot, in the carts waiting to be used, etc. Where are the greeters? I prefer to shop in a clean organized and friendly environment.

Some inept individual never delivered my order, though he supposedly manipulated the system to report that he did. 27 attempts at calling this store with no answer. 27!!! This includes the operator, the Grocery Pickup/ Delivery extension, and calling the DIRECT Grocery Pickup/Delivery phone number... and I'm talking 6pm, two hours before close! 40 minutes later a Grocery Delivery/Pickup associate finally answers but: a.) states a 'regular' Walmart manager won't come to the phone because they don't get involved with Grocery Pickup/Delivery, as if it's a separate entity. b.) The associate cannot help at all either and blames everything on the 3rd party delivery service, c.) states he'll leave 'a note' to see IF someone can give me a refund TOMORROW because d.) NO GROCERY PICKUP/DELIVERY MANAGER IS WORKING TODAY!!! I CONSTANTLY have issues with this horribly-run department. I want my $129 back so I can spend it at Kroger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to Yelp, Google reviews, your Facebook page, corporate, & anyone else I can think of to report that this store NEVER cares about its awful customer service problems, which occur 1/3 of the time I order a delivery! I admit partial fault for being stupid enough to constantly continue to give them another chance!

Walmart as a whole can go the way of K-Mart for all I care. This Walmart refused my return, despite the online return process giving me a date a month out to return. The manager said it was up to his discretion, that it didn't matter what information the return site had given me. Inconsistent information is a poor way to treat customers.

I went there to have a tire replaced and they ended up breaking a stud but didn't tell me, just told me he couldn't get the tire off, but when I got home I noticed it was broken and it wasn't before I went to Walmart I will never go there for maintenance for my car

The registers are never opened anymore except self checkout. I have contacted Corporate and have never heard anything back. Every time I go into the store now I hear people complaining about lanes not being open. Sometimes there may be one lane open to check out but the line is backed up forever. Everyone has been complaining about this as well as not being able to get help and so forth. Now Walmart is trying to become another Amazon are adding a new membership thing online (isn't that what SAMS is for). It appears Walmarts getting greedy as if they're not making enough money as it is. Switching to Target even though they may be a little more expensive. In my book, my time is money so it equals out in the end. Target is cleaner and more organized.
