I was having trouble with my order online and called the store. Carson is extremely nice, patient, and helpful. It took me a while to figure out the issue and Carson was absolutely wonderful! We then had a conversation about music, art, and artists owning their work while he finished my transaction. I always use this Walgreens and all the employees are fantastic! I appreciate Carson going above and beyond.

Slower than slow. My pickup order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. Placed the order at 4:06 and still waiting at 6:06. Always an issue with something Everytime I've used this location.

I’ve used this pharmacy for 8 years now but lately the service has gone very downhill. The pharmacist was very dismissive, didn’t want to help me with my GoodRx coupon and told me it wouldn’t work with my prescription but when I called GoodRx, they told me there should be no problem. She was acting like I was a huge inconvenience. Will be taking my prescriptions to Walmart from now on.

Everything is overpriced. I compared the price of a few items such as artificial tears and cough medicine and everything was at least 20% more expensive than at any other place.The pharmacists are not very helpful and although the automated refil system works great, you end up spending a lot of time when you go to pick up your prescription

I pulled up at the drive thru at 1:23 and the associate at the window was so rude and seemed aggrevated that I was picking up so close to the lunch hour. I said thank you very nicely to try to change her mood and she didn't respond. I took my meds and reached back in to get my card and she started closing the box on my hand. So rude. I'm transferring all my meds to Walmart after this. Not to mention they just told me this morning they were on back order for my other meds and Walmart said they had no issue with getting them for me in a couple days.

Have used this pharmacy for years and it used to be great, not anymore. They changed one of my Rx refills that I take daily so that I couldn't fill it when I needed it, told me it was supposed to last longer than it actually was. Had to wait for them to call Dr. and get the Rx right, never called to say we got it straightened out or apologized for such inconvenience. Not going back here again

Order pick-up. I choose the "other spot" option because they pick-up spots were full. This also prompted to give my car details. The staff thar work the front desk are apparently not bright. I watched the girl walking around aimlessly asking the people in the designated "pick up" spots (even though I said I was not in a pick-up spot...) if that was their order. Also, mind you that none of those cars where my make/model. I had to call, told them my make/model again and restated that I was NOT in a pick-up spot. She did it again. Hire smarter people. The young woman was a young Hispanic woman that did not have a name tag. She may need better training...
